Great apartment especially if you have pets. They do have a pet washroom; however, it is outside of the building. Many places to walk them near neighborhoods and the park is not too far.

If you want to be over charged, disregarded, and in need to a lawyer, then this is the place you want to live! They are getting a little bit better but they will take advantage of any opportunity to overcharge you! I can not wait to move.

I enjoy all the amenities provided at The Hill. It’s in a perfect location and we are close to everything. Going into my second lease, I’m still satisfied with my resident experience.
If you are looking for somewhere to lease next you should honestly look no further. There are so many horror stories for apartments in Atlanta and I am very happy to say that is not a problem here at all. It is an amazing location close to the highway, quiet, and safe. The building and amenities are very clean and the maintenance team is always on it if I ever need something.
The staff & maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with a friendly face and they are quick to answer any questions we may have. The maintenance team is fantastic, they are so quick to respond to issues around the apartment & have great communication while coming to a solution for what may be going on. The property is so well kept & taken care of!
It's overall a really neat and nice place to live in with nice amenities and different areas for enjoyment.
The complex is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood! Amber was the best during the moving process!

I don't recommend Cortland at the hill . It’s on a top tier community only because of the location. They have a very high turn over rate , the quality of the apartments and the amenities do not match the price. I’ve been here almost 5 years . I started out with a discount as a healthcare employee and I’m constantly seeing an increase . The resident events have been very poor for the last 3 1/2 years . The management is definitely more concerned about their bonus versus the property! The quality of the appliances are poor . At this price you should at least have a side by side with the ice-maker on the outside. Light fixtures over the island are extremely cheap looking and the cabinets are starting to bubble around the edges !!

I am not sure what has taken place over the last couple of months but there used to be an exceptional level of service when Angel and Caitlyn were here, they were the best. The leasing team took pride in doing their jobs well. We were notified frequently regarding building updates and trash pickup service, so residents always stayed informed. Maintenance requests were filled in a timely matter (most of the time same day). At a time when an issue arose with my unit and the matter had to be escalated, I would hear back from the community manager personally and they would apologize for any wrongdoing and have a fair way of resolving my issues. Now I must hunt the manager Hannah down for a resolution. There would be days without a reply from her. There have been times when I contacted her regarding a matter in the early AM and she has often left for the day without getting back with me. When I have addressed issues with “resident services” the service is still terrible they stated they would get back to you but I haven’t heard back from them at all. There was no notification regarding trash pickup service over the holiday, so the hallways smelled of trash. Appears the maintenance team has been cut and requests have taken a hit due to the staff shortage. However, the maintenance team is very kind and professional. I have delayed writing this review hoping things got better but it has not.

Great location, lovely building, friendly and helpful staff.
I love the complex but I am ready to move do to loud neighbors. This issues has cause me to start looking at getting a house much sooner than I anticipated.
I have been living here for about a year and the half and i must say that the community is well taken care of. Always clean with little or no noise atall. The staff here at cortland at the hill are very helpful and friendly,i will recommend,If you are looking for a place to call home,a place where you will feel secure and safe then look no further because this is the best community i have lived since i moved to Georgia and i am sure you will love it here too.
This place is wonderful. If youre looking for something really nice and up-to date but quiet this is the place. Super clean. Great pool and wonderful staff.

The apartments are spacious and beautiful. You feel very safe with the gated parking. The pool and workout facility is very nice. The community team is very quick to respond to any needs. If you call needing anything fixed like a vent that is stuck closed, they respond within an hour or two.
Living at Cortland has changed my life for the better. Ive lived all over North Atlanta and Cortland has been the best experience by far.

I love living at Cortland at The Hill because of the secure feeling I get when I come home to a beautiful apartment I work really hard for. It's wonderful to come home to a safe and peaceful environment that is rich with activity and positivity and professionalism. Obviously the location itself is also key. Check it out!
Cortland at the hill makes you feel like you are at home. I was looking at apartments that had a good location, safe, good amenities and appliances, and a good parking situation for a reaaaally long time. Finally, asked my friend about this apartment complex and this complex seriously has it all. On top of that, the staff is wonderful and they make you feel very welcomed! I have been here for a few months so far and no complaints so far. I would highly recommend living here.
I've been here for a little while and I have no complaints. Great place to live. Everyone minds their own business & that's what I like. The office staff is great.
Until Leidalis and Drew are gone, I would not recommend this property. This place was great until Cortland took over. Within a few weeks, the building overall looked unkempt. Residents smoke weed frequently that will be smelled through the halls, garage, and outside. Security is not a priority for this management as they do not rush to fix gates or doors that aren't locked properly.
The team namely Drew and Justin go out of their way to help when needed.
The Hill team is always on point, professional, and friendly. Our entire 18-month experience has been great. I recommend this complex to everyone. It is also very quiet and many events are offered to residents.
Ive lived at Cortland for a year. The location is excellent. The staff are fantastic. Love my apartment. Have no complaints.

Beautiful grounds, beautiful apartment. I dont know what I love more: my huge kitchen island, built in bookcase or my closet. Lots of storage room and cabinet space. Overall pretty quiet.

I would love to know how drunk, high, or unqualified the architect was who designed a parking deck with multiple blind spots at every turn. Obviously, Cortland had nothing to do with this, just the original owners and contractors who built a building that they were obviously going to flip. Additionally, why they would design the top two floors (6 & 7) to only have one elevator is beyond any rational thought. If someone is moving in our out, this lone freight elevator is out of service and tenants have to walk down multiple flights (not fun when you have to walk your dog). Lastly, the hallways are oppressively hot during the warm weather months. When I moved in during the fall, the 7th floor hallway remained in the high 80's, day and night, for week. The previous management said they turned on the ventilation system occasionally. When they did, it did nothing to lower the temperature.
While the apartments are beautiful and well-designed, the staff is truly what makes this apartment feel like home. From the first happy hour and tour to today, we have been met with nothing but kindness, dedication to our happiness, and true professionalism. I highly recommend checking out The Hill for your future home, you will not regret it!

The staff is incredible, when I say they always have the same face when ever u come too the office just too ask anything, they are sooooo nice . When I say u feel like HOME U feel like HOME. The apartment it self is very nice I really love my unit and if ur looking plzzzz , COME BY THE HILL, I promise u , u will want too stay. Ms. Chips ??
We moved into one of the first available units and we love it. The staff is amazing. They are extremely nice and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns. They also do a great job of keeping us informed. You couldn't ask for a better group of professionals. The units are very luxurious and have plenty of lighting. We have a one bedroom and there is plenty of space. Our huge balcony overlooks a wooded area and has really nice views. The cell phone reception is excellent. The location is among the best in Atlanta. It's only minutes away from 400, 285, and Medical Center MARTA Station. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, medical facilities, and Perimeter Mall just a few minutes away. There is security on the property 24 /7. We have met many of the residents and everyone has been very friendly. If you are looking for a great location with amazing staff and friendly residents then look no further. This is a great place to call home.
