They are always helpful and professional. I feel safe and at peace here. Most people assume it’s loud here but it’s actually peaceful and you don’t hear much noise at all. The hallways of building two are absolutely filthy. It looks like it hasn't been repainted in years. I know for a fact it hasn't been painted in one year because there is still a damaged wall by my apartment and I have lived here for one year. The only reason why I renewed my lease is because I did not feel like moving. I don't even understand how this is allowed.

Cortland at the Battery is the best apartment for the price, walkability, and options available. It is close to everything and an easy drive to anywhere in Atlanta
It is a great area. Great for extroverts. It does get loud with next to no guest parking and traffic is atrocious during any home game due to the current traffic patterns in place.

Guest parking is not available. It very frustrating to expect guest to pay for parking . Very punitive and not resident friendly.
I really recommend Cortland at the Battery. The front office staff is incredible. Every problem I have ever had has been solved immediately including maintenance issues. I have never lived at a property with such a responsive team.

I love living at Cortland at the Battery! You can't beat the location. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The amenities are great and the apartments are updated. My work orders are always satisfied the same day that I put them in and the other residents are usually respectful (the only issue that I have is they don't always follow the trash policy). I'm new here, but I really enjoy it so far!

Zero communication, maintenance team is awful, office understaffed, you are not a priority as a resident. Trash valet sometimes never comes yet we continue to pay, and security is useless.

Overall great experience, best bang for your buck in Atlanta
Every day I wake up here I feel like I’m on vacation. The apartment is so nice. I love being able to walk outside and have access to so many places to eat or get a drink. It’s very pet friendly. I feel good going to work everyday because it’s worth it to live here.
Phenomenal location, convenient to amenities at the Battery , and outstanding customer service.
What a great place to live if you love baseball and enjoy a clean and safe place to live .. My stay here has been fantastic! This is where to be and live in Atlanta!

This is a great place to live! Everyone is so friendly especially the leasing office & the maintenance crew (shoutout Ashton!) They are so quick to help fix any problems in the unit.

I couldn’t pick a better place to live. Cortland at the Battery is a fun safe place. The convenience is unmatched and makes it hard to move anywhere else.

Only one guest pass per apartment which expires within 2 days or you get a $100 charge. Along with that there are only 25 total passes to share with the entire complex yet there is TONS of parking. Really makes absolutely no sense at all, very frustrating. You are also only allowed one car which is crazy since it’s an upscale complex. Staff here is great though, not their fault cortland just has strange rules.

We have been graciously gifted these passes by the parking authority. We continue to partner with the parking authority for the opportunity to potentially have additional passes granted. We do want to share that most retailers & restaurants (outside stadium) offer parking validations, so don’t forget to ask while out and about in The Battery Atlanta! A single parking space per lease holder is our policy to ensure that all residents have a place to park when they arrive home. Offering multiple spaces to residents would potentially fill the nested residential parking, and quickly put this promise in jeopardy. 15/10. Absolutely astounding. One of the best places I’ve ever visited much less reside. If you love quiet, clean pristine units with all the great amenities if you love privacy, but also would love the experience of being able to just go downstairs and have some fun. This is the best place in the world. Worth every single penny.

Overall, Cortland at the Battery is the best apartment community we've ever lived in. I've been here since September of 2018, and just elected to renew for another 15 months. The management team, as well as the service personnel are just the best.

Cortland at the Battery is a very cool place to live. Great energy at the Battery, helpful and friendly management and maintenance staff The upside - The Braves, location and security, cool community amenities. The downside- Noise- If choosing to live here I would pick an apartment as far away from the Piano Bar as you can get and maybe ask if you can hangout in the apartment at different times to listen how noisy the neighbors are at different times of the day.

We LOVE our apartment at Cortland at the Battery. We have been there for over 2 years and it has been amazing. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly - not just in our apartment, but around the community. Cortland at the Battery is the most vibrant, fun AND SAFE place in the area. We love our apartment and of course, love the Brave's!

I love living at Cortland at the Battery. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone is so friendly and they even have these awesome resident parties for us now hosted by RQS events. These events are always a blast and way better than any events I’ve ever been to hosted by other complexes. It’s one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease, despite the steep increase in rent. I’m glad Cortland is putting all that extra rent money to good use by hosting this amazing events. I hope they keep it up!
