Very clean place, tough parking, but the units are beautiful and we always receive compliments from our guests on having such a nice home. And the location is perfect.
Cortland at P83 is a welcoming community. Management is big on making everyone feel comfortable safe. They are also very understanding and give the upmost respect to their employees and the community. If you are looking for a place to call home, THIS IS THE PLACE!! I’ve had so much fun here especially when they host community events such as a community cook out by the pool or even just dance classes for those looking to get back into the groove. This place has it ALL! I’m so happy and grateful to have found this place!
This is the best place to live. The staff is wonderful. They get things done. I feel like I’m living in a resort. Everything gets right away they have events . Place is beautiful
Courtland P83 is clean, quiet and the amenities are great! They also include fun game nights and food trucks!
Worst experience living in building 2. Traffic noise from the 75th Avenue does not let you sleep or even watch TV.

Cortland at P38 is a perfect apartment community for me. Safe and secure. Excellent response to service requests, very clean and modern appearance, in a super location. The swimming pool and workout rooms are handy. Nearby trails for cycling, jogging, or walks.

Over all Cortland @P83 is pretty good, however the parking situation is out of control. Rent everywhere is already expensive and coming home having to hunt down a parking space with no success is nightmare.

Overall Cortland has been an amazing apartment complex to live at! The staff is so friendly and assists with any needs. The community itself feels very safe, welcoming and positive. The amenities are awesome, from the resort style pool, hot tub, workout room with a separate workout class room and the various little park/city areas around the apartment that are all unique. From living in other apartments prior this has exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, friendly and helpful staff. Secondly this community is not only new and looks amazing with its pool area and other amenities but just feels safe and good to see people being kind and waiving to each other as they pass. Your packages will actually be at your door when you get home and a pet friendly area with huge dog park. Community events are a common thing which helps bring the neighborly vibe to this community. Cortland at the P83 have such Beautiful apartments such outstanding service my agent was very knowledgeable and made sure our move-in went very smooth everything here especially pools fireplaces just make you feel so cozy I love it !! It's like a big Hotel. Tired of Airbnb rentals. Not safe. Gates left wide open. Random people walking around. Office staff members are making a profit. Good Luck.

I had to deal with every moving disaster you could possibly think of when I moved to Arizona from the east coast. After several mishaps with another apartment community, I was referred to what is now known as Cortland at P83. They were able to accommodate a next-day move-in while I was juggling working at a new job full-time and moving my belongings from where they were stored. I love this place and every friend/family member that has been able to visit absolutely love where I live.
Cortland @ P83 has excellent amenities, staff and apartments. Highly recommend to check it out as your next residence.

I couldn’t be more extremely satisfied and content living here, I like it soo much that I don’t want too many people to know about it because i feel like this is a hidden gem compared to any other apartment communities out there!! ??
It is a great community, the staff is super friendly and approachable, the amenities are great and its pretty

Cortland p83 is not a bad place.Minor improvements needed only
if you enjoy California this is the place. lots of people in and out from AirBnB. non smoking community as in even cigarettes. no water pressure.
Overall the community is SO friendly and welcoming. Everything is always so clean and it feels comforting to know the management takes care of the community and its residents. No complaints, so happy to live here!
The property became so much better once Cortland took over! They actually enforce the rules in the leases for the betterment of the property (such as no smoking, and no subletting). Additionally, the management staff is incredible. They're responsive, kind, and care about their job and the property.
My family and I enjoy living at Cortland @ P83. The apartments are gorgeous and the grounds and amenities are awesome and very well cared for. The team here is extremely responsive and quick to help with any questions or problems I have had. Our neighbors are awesome and we have had ZERO problems! We LOVE it here!
