Great service at the front desk and with maintenance. Ac went out, I call maintenence at 830pm, by 9pm they had a portable unit in the apartment and set up for me to keep cool throughout the night. The next they had it fully repaired by 11am. I love the back park and the community

We lived in this complex for a year and a half. Worst mistake. They look nice but they are still very old. No one follows through on anything they say they will. When we moved in the apartment was dirty. Dog and cat hair sall over the place. The cleaning crew had to come back in after we moved in. Wish we would’ve seen the place before signing the lease. It was gross. The water pressure here is nonexistent. We had to put in a different shower head so we could get a little bit of pressure. Still awful. The washing machine looked to be 10 years old. When I asked for them to replace it they didn’t want to. Finally had to explain to them that it had literally rust inside of it and it would ruin our clothes. They finally replaced it after we complained for over a week. The dryer never shut off. It got so hot I couldn’t touch the outside. Thankfully we didn’t leave the apartment when I washed out first load of laundry. The manager said they had just completed a dryer inspection a week before. It was clearly broken. The showers were peeling when we moved in. They came out and retextured both of them. It made it worse and eventually the hall bathroom started bubbling and broke open. We had 4 different managers in a year and a half. All were terrible including the one they have now, Francine. She made us feel like someone actually cared. But then didn’t follow through on what she said she would. Promised multiple things including reimbursement for a hotel due to a leak. Had to reach out 4 different times before finally getting the regional manager involved before I got a refund for the hotel. The hotel we had to stay in because we had a leak and couldn’t stay in our apartment. Then was promised we would get a concession due to all the issues we had. Never got that either. Finally after sending multiple emails they finally gave it to us. But even then we were told we would have a final ledger emailed to us we STILL had to email again for the regional manager to give it to us. What we you do… do not move into a Courtland property. Every single person we encountered never followed through or over promised us something. W head issue after issue in the short time we lived there. The only saving Grace was the maintenance staff. They were amazing. But this was the worst experience we’ve ever had.

I have been so pleased with my interactions with everyone at this location. The maintenance technician I spoke to, I believe his name was Heeli. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very willing to discuss what he does and the high standards they strive to achieve as technicians for Cortland. I also enjoyed talking with Bailey at the front office. She was very warm and welcoming. Very much look forward to my continued stay with Cortland!

I've lived here for 10 months now and love it. The apartments are not cramped and they take care of their residents in every sense of the word. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The dog park is amazing. No other apartments in the area have one this large. It isn't just a patch of grass in the middle of a parking lot like I've seen at some apartments. My dog loves it. The pool is very nice and the jacuzzi works great. Bailey and Colin and the others at the front desk are kind and helpful. They have events where they give free food to the residents and you truly feel cared for and special being a resident here. Highly recommended.

Originally came to this apartment complex because of how close it is to a lot of stores and entertainment. It’s also down the street from a great elementary school for my kids. The thing that kept me here another year was the great facilities staff and front office! Felipe is especially great, he is knowledgeable, professional and always takes care of any repairs needed in our building. The entire complex should feel lucky to have a quick and efficient facilities team of hard workers like Felipe!

We have been lucky to call this place our home the last 5 years. 5 years is a long time in an apartment! There have been many managers that have come and gone and all have been wonderful to work with. Leasing agents are always friendly and helpful. I can email the office and I know they will help with whatever I may need. They care about me as a resident. Kaitlin has been a great property manager and I feel like she has gotten things done! We now have a 5 month old so we are moving to be in a bigger place but I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

I like living in Arrowhead area, but I love living at Arrowhead Summit. The location is perfect for me being so close to shopping, parks and hiking. My kitchen has beautiful white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances that just make it look sharp and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was there touring the property. I was blown away at how amazing it all looked. It was kept up and easy to get around. I’d say it looked amazing.

Zero complaints. My family and I have loved living here. The management is nice and attentive and so are all the maintenance staff. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was fixed quickly! The grounds were always kept so nice and clean and the pool too. My kids loved the big lawn to play on and ride their bikes! Excellent place to live!

The manager and staff made me feel welcomed the second we got there the property is beautiful and the floorplans are great!!! The pool is beautiful and the ground are clean!!!

I have not known maintenance for very long, but they seem to tend to their tenants and future tenants needs quickly and sufficiently. Cortland provides beautiful and clean units and residents always have a smile when I see them.

This location has incredible curb appeal and is in a location that is close to a ton of things to do. Gyms, malls, theaters, sport parks. The maintenance on the property seems top notch and the management and leasing agents were incredibly nice.

I have no complaint about the apartment design. It's a relatively quiet complex. Residents are generally friendly. But, there are holes in the roofs of several of the buildings and management will not (cannot?) fix them. When it rains, my entryway floods. This has caused the floor to buckled and cracks to appear in the walls. When it rains, I cannot use the light fixture in the entryway for fear of a short. The garbage disposal needed to be replaced just the other day. (Another large leak of water, this time in the kitchen. A maintenance person came to fix it and walked right over and pass the damage in the entryway without saying a word about when it might get fixed. I'm going to sue the management as I don't feel my apartment is habitable when it rains. Think carefully before moving into this complex. There are plenty of nice buildings in the area. Look at those.
This place was horrible. We lived here for a year. Multiple rain season, and constant issues with our roof. They never fixed it, "we will get back to it in a few months" was the response. They will close your maintenance tickets without actually fixing the issue. They give you all these offers and deals to get you to sign the lease, but at the end they charged our account with all kinds of bogus charges. Terrible customer service, poor management, and overall poor experience living here. The main area gates are always open (hardly ever closed). Dog park and grill area was kept clean, however, grill was always out broken. Pool was under renovation in the main area, when it opened there were always large crowds. The parcels are not kept in the main office, they coerce you to sign up to their paid services, which if you forget to pick up your item, they charge your credit card.
Get everything in writing. Don't trust a word they say. I found out the hard way.

Cortland Arrowhead Summit is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment upgrades are amazing. Its a great place to live and close to all the restaurants and entertainment you could possibly want.
I feel very safe living in this community and it is quiet. Maintenance is very helpful and responsive. Close to all of the best shopping and restaurants in Glendale.
It seems to be getting better about everything. The only ongoing thing I see is some dog lovers do not believe in dog leashes and picking up dog poop. Sure it will get worked out.
For living this area is awesome .
Nothing but great things to say about the staff, facilities, and our apartment - super clean, recently modernized, quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful during the leasing procedure and exit process. We were treated fairly and with respect by the staff. We had a few repairs during our lease and each was promptly attended and the work was satisfactory. Plus, the rent is very competitive and generally less than other complexes in the same area. We highly recommend Arrowhead Summit Apartments, we will rent again when back in Phoenix area.
Very clean, no bugs, landscaping is impeccable along with updated features regarding exterior and interior
Gates are never shut and had a 500 dollar bike stolen. They took 2 months to get pest control out for scorpions. They took two weeks to fix a toilet. Water bill that they said would be 60 dollars is 100 dollars. I have been in to talk to them about the water and they won't do anything about it. I gave them the police report for the bike because they said to bring it in and they might be able to help but they never helped. Sent multiple work requests for the toilet. Went in multiple times to check up on pest control. I am a Midwestern university student and if you are going to Midwestern don't look at these apartments.

I've been a Arrowhead Summit resident for over 10 years. The on-site management team has ALWAYS been a pleasure to work with and maintenance issues are ALWAYS addressed in a very timely manor...I would recommend this apartment community...

Cortland Partners @ Arrowhead Summit Apartmenti s the best Management Company I ever said about any Apartment Company in the Valley. Come on over & see for yourself. Also, it is very accessible to stores, a wonderful Mall, Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, and etcetera.
Arrowhead Summit is a pleasant place to live. Management is friendly, easy to reach and I know I can depend on any problem solved in a timely manner.

Loud machines early in the morning outside thin windows, landcaers blow debri on your car every 2 days, rent fluctuates due to shared utilities apartments not like the model as far as being upgraded
Nice environment, but staff under new management isn't responsive.
Other than the outrageous rates, this complex is a nice community to live and it's location which is near to every thing specially restaurants.
I really like my present apartment. Unfortunately I have to leave it due to renovations. I thought this would be my forever home unless I could no longer live by myself safely.
