Property Ratings at Corsa
I have been here for almost a year now. I give Corsa a 2.5/5. I'll start with the pros of this building: - Location. It is amazing being so close to the walking path and Excelsior Blvd. Very convenient. - Low noise, to a degree. The exterior door is not great at keeping noise out. I know you can't expect a noise-free environment in an apartment, but I also believe you shouldn't hear the jingle of someone's keys as they walk by your door (which I do). I do not regularly hear noise from the surrounding apartments. The pickleball court is a unique feature, but caution: even the fourth-floor apartments facing the courtyard get the pickleball noise quite clearly. - Gym. It's updated with a lot of different machines. Yoga rooms are a plus too. - Unique community nights. - Overall stylish apartment. Cons: - The parking garage. It's small and cramped. Also.. open air at a steep $150 a month. This winter wasn't even abnormally cold for a Minnesota winter, yet a pipe burst in the garage, and the garage door seemingly can't work if it's below 15 degrees (I mean.. c'mon, it's MN). The garage was left open for about a week in February alone due to cold temperatures. As of most recent, residents became aware of vehicle break-ins and bike theft in the garage, not from management, but because of the resident community bulletin board. Instead, management sent out a notice about driving speed in the garage with no mention of the break-ins. - Water quality. I know this is no fault of the apartment building itself, but there is extremely hard water here. A shower head filter is not effective enough, so if you're a bottle blonde like me, just be prepared. - Lack of appropriate information being shared from management. Since I have been here, there has been a new management staff since the other management staff received many poor reviews (see below). The new management continues to leave more to be desired. Management has not been communicative about building-wide fire alarms. Each time it has happened since living here (at least 3x), I have received no updates. My partner emailed Corsa management asking why it went off, and the response was uninformative. Also, as mentioned above, even when it comes to vehicle break-ins and bike theft, Corsa management still does not provide residents with information about what is being done and what happened.
Just want to warn people, the studio and one bedroom units here have electric heating, so my energy bill was $215 in December, $250 in January, and now $225 in February. That is with me being as energy conscious as possible and keeping the temperature in my 700 square foot apartment at 65 degrees. So budget accordingly for the winter months. I felt misled by this as my lease specifically stated each unit had a gas meter. Other cons: the garage door malfunctions quite often, my boyfriend and my mountain bikes were stolen due to someone being able to walk with a saw and cut our locks off. The hot tub closes when the pool closes in late August - we were told during our tour it would be open year round. Pros: the best apartment gym I’ve ever had (brand new treadmills, two squat racks, etc.) great location, love the private pickleball court Furthermore, I should add that the influx of positive reviews over the last month is because Corsa offered the chance to win $1500 in rent credit if we leave a review in February :’) so take these recent reviews with a grain of salt.
I’ve been living in this apartment for 8 months and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The floor plan is very functional, and I love the ample storage space. The management team has been incredibly responsive and professional. They’re always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, and the building is consistently clean and quiet. One of the biggest highlights for me is the location – it’s so convenient! Located near the lakes, Excelsior&Grand, and the West End. I also feel very safe here. The building has great security, and I’ve never had any issues with noise or disturbances. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free place to live. It’s been a great experience for me!
My dog and I moved in September, and it’s perfect! The dog run is nice for quick potty breaks and being right across the street from a trail has been fantastic. All of the other amenities are great too. Looking forward to using the pool in the summer!

I moved at the end of September and we have really enjoyed living at Corsa. The location couldn’t be better - across from a trail, 3 minutes from Excelsior Blvd, grocery stores all around, 15 minutes from downtown. We also really enjoy the amenities and can’t wait to use the pool when it gets nice out.
Only 10 min from downtown, ample parking and well kept beautiful building. I see a lot of dogs (which I love). People are friendly and everything is new and curated. I almost never hear my neighbors, and people often have parties and people over. It’s genuinely a great place to live for a young professional.
Corsa is the nicest apartment building I’ve lived in. It’s quiet, clean, and is close to lots of parks and trails to walk with my dog. The gym is awesome, and the coffee bar is now part of my morning routine. My apartment itself has all the amenities that I was looking for, especially the in unit washer and dryer.
I’ve been here since May 2024 and I’ve loved it! Management is always on it when you need. The pool deck in the summer is the best. The gym is really nice and big! It’s brand new with new appliances and the alcove is perfect for just one person!
Brand new place with all the amenities and a great location. Maitnence and general staff are all very helpful as well. Haven’t had any issues yet.
I live at Corsa and I love it! I have the best view to the tennis court. The apartment has every amenity I need and not just want. The gym is amazing and always clean. Enough treadmill for everyone. I love the events they host like painting which brings us in the building as a community and we get to know our neighbors better. The building is ALWAYS clean. It feels just like home. The staff? Excellent. Always ready to help and the maintenance? Always on time. There’s a lot of space to work from home. Space you can rent for an event. A pool too with a top notch view. Package rooms are even organized according to your floor.!!I’ve lived in a couple of apartments, and Corsa is the one.
Love living at Corsa! Located in a nice area of SLP that is quieter, close to walking trails and places like Trader Joe’s and Target. Apartment had great amenities - nice gym with quality equipment, pool, multiple grilling areas and pickleball court. Parking is not heated (open air covered garage). Highly recommend Corsa if you’re looking in SLP.

I recently moved into Corsa Apartments and have been thoroughly impressed. The place is brand new, with a fresh and clean atmosphere that immediately caught my eye. What truly stands out, however, is the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Angie, Molly, and De-lajah are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist residents. As for amenities, Corsa Apartments offers a movie room, lounge, rooftop clubroom, pool and hot tub, and gym, all of which are fantastic additions to the living experience. It's in a beautiful area close to the city but with incredible outdoor views wherever you live! Overall, I highly recommend Corsa Apartments for anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to call home.

I’m so glad I found Corsa! I’ve been here for a month and love it more and more everyday! Molly, De-lajah, and Angie from the management team were incredibly friendly and helpful which made the move-in process a breeze. Corsa has everything you need when it comes to amenities — the gym is brand new with top of the line equipment and three separate yoga rooms, a pool and hot tub which overlook a beautiful preserve, pickleball court, movie theater, pet spa, parking garage, coffee bar, and much more! They also offer fitness classes at nearby studios and host events so you can get to know your neighbors. The apartment itself is stunning, brand new everything with lovely finishes. The location is wonderful as well, tons of stores and restaurants nearby. I’d highly recommend Corsa to anyone. I’m happy I get to call it home :)

Great property with great leasing staff! I do wish more information was available during the move in process. Only complaints are the open air parking ramp and the single internet provider DataStream, needed to adjust some settings for WFH purposes but since DataStream locks everything down you are at their whim.

I love my new apartment! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had to ask a lot of questions about the move in process. It would be nice if there was a move-in packet provided upfront with all the information about how to move-in, how bills are set-up, etc. Other than that it's great place to live!

I have now lived in Corsa for several months and have absolutely loved it. Molly and the rest of the staff are so friendly, responsive, and helpful! I have only had positive interactions with the rest of the residents that have moved into Corsa. All the amenities are very well kept and clean. Living at the Corsa, which opened its doors at the end of 2023, has been an absolute delight! Molly, Angie, and De-lajah from the management team are incredibly friendly and dedicated to ensuring every tenant's experience is great. The gym is brand new and offers a variety of equipment such as treadmills, rowing machines, cable machines, and free weights, all within a spacious environment perfect for comfortable workouts. I love living here! This is my first apartment in many years and it’s everything I wanted. The layout of my one bedroom is perfect and I have all the space I need. The staff is great and so friendly and my dog loves it too!! I can’t wait for summer so we can enjoy the pool :)

Corsa is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's nice seeing all the dogs walk around the building. The processing of moving in was easy and the team was so good at communication whether it was through Email or phone calls. I enjoy coming home to a peaceful and quiet place. Even throughout the day, the whole apartment complex is pretty quiet.

Everything about living here has been super easy. From the lease application to move in to daily questions, the staff are friendly, available, and easy to work with. It’s a great place for dogs, right across the street from a walking path. I love the view from my balcony. It’s a brand new building so everything is nice and new and clean and it has everything you need like a gym, a pet spa, a movie watching room, and a pickle ball court. I really like the open courtyard in the middle of the building. The only downside is that i can hear the traffic, my unit is facing Belt line blvd, and airplanes, but honestly i’ve gotten pretty used to it.

Corsa is a gorgeous new complex with friendly staff and neighbors. The amenities are finished beautifully and location is easily accessible to tons of supermarkets, restaurants, and trails. Would definitely recommend

Relatively quiet area with apartments available overlooking the Bass Lake Preserve - beautiful sunrises, walking path + all kinds of nature! Move in was smooth & amenities are nice. The team is super friendly, too!
