Property Ratings at Coronet
Good price and great location. The washer and dryer in the basement are convenient and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Cannot beat the price for a 2 br 1.5 bath unit!
Great management team, always responsive and helpful. Maintenance request are usually responded to in a timely manner. Often has events for residents.
Great location on MKE's East Side. Close to restaurants, night life, parks, and Lake Michigan. Spacious and good layout, but a bit outdated (common areas currently being updated). All units are 2 BR/1.5 BA Parking available at extra cost but street parking isn't a struggle. Free heat is nice but never got above 66 degrees for us in winter. Street noise takes some getting used to. Prompt maintenance attention by staff with convenient online request form. Everything considered, good value.
