My family, and I have lived at Coronado Springs for many years and we feel very much at home here. This property is truly special! The apartments are in a beautiful neighborhood near the Franklin Mountains on the westside. This is a cozy quiet place with your own personal parking space steps from your front door! These 3 bed room, 2 bath units are spacious with updated amenities. I love the open floor plan, the huge walk in closets, as well as the laundry room. The views from this property are stunning, and the private outdoor walking trail is so nice. This place is truly a gem! The property manager, and maintenance staff are kind, and respectful. They are very helpful, and wonderful at getting any necessary repairs done within a short period of time. I'm very happy living here, this is home sweet home!

My family and I spent 7 wonderful years at Coronado Springs. The complex is tucked away and quiet but with quick access to shopping and the freeway. There is a beautiful landscaped dog park with a walking trail that overlooks the city. There are wild animals that pass through, such as deer, fox, and squirrels that you can view from your front door! The units are stylish and feature high ceilings, fans in every room, spacious closets, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Make Coronado Springs your new home and you'll love it as I did!

Beautiful open and spacious apartments. Maintenance and management super friendly and communicative. Any issues resolved quickly. Great location to go on walks and away from busy streets.

I’ve lived here over a year. The apartments are beautifully renovated as well as spacious. This also includes refrigerated air and my very own parking spaces. Maintenance is always attentive to my needs. And do the small quiet community, whenever I need to reach management, my requests remain a top priority. Definitely recommend.

You cannot beat the value here. Great looking countertops and tile. It’s very affordable to rent here, especially for 3 bedrooms. Great location and beautiful views of El Paso. We also enjoy access to the dog park. Major issues have been fixed quickly by maintenance. We are grateful to live here and have been residents for 1.5 years.

I was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment and at the last minute I was able to find this great location! The Manager Freddy is very friendly and helpful. He was able to get my family and I into a unit within the same week! Maintenance is also very friendly and gets the job done right away. I’m glad I moved in!

I have lived at Coronado Springs for a total of 3 years. We moved here from a different apartment complex close by, and are so much happier living here. We moved out briefly for a few month period as we were traveling around the country, but it was a no-brainer for us to move back in once we returned. The management and maintenance personnel are great people. The apartments are in a very quiet part of town with little traffic. We have always felt safe here and have enjoyed meeting the neighbors we have. I definitely recommend living here!

I lived at Coronado Springs before and I was very comfortable but decided to try a house. A year later I am back! Coronado Springs is truly the best and most luxurious apartment for the price. You can not get quality and aesthetically pleasing living for this rate anywhere else and trust me, I did my research. Management is understanding and easy to work with, issues were always addressed promptly with a friendly greeting from the staff. Did I mention it’s safe and secure too? I know my kids and I will be happy here.

I live in the Coronado Springs Townhomes. I can tell you that the amenities are very nice for the price, making it an excellent value. The townhouse is very updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The neighbors are very friendly and family oriented. The view of the mountains from the front and the amazing sunsets from my back patio are breathtaking. Management is very nice and helpful with any issue. Very easy access to shopping areas and I-10. I would definitely recommend!

The apartments are well kept and any maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. The complex is quiet and has great views of the mountain! We highly recommend this place!

I’ve had my fair share of rentals here in El Paso, but i have to say this one is my favorite thus far. My apartment is big and spacious. The neighbors are great and the community as a whole is family friendly. It’s quiet at night and the views of the city and mountains are priceless. I’ve never had issues with maintenance or the staff. They’re always super friendly and they’re very reasonable people. I love renting here.

The property is great and maintenance is even better. They are on top of things and respond the same day to issues that may occur. The townhomes, in particular, are the best bang for your buck. They are extremely spacious and luxurious and on top of it all you pay just as much as you would for a small apartment. Don't miss out on the opportunity to rent here, you will regret it!

Everything in this apartment complex is perfect! The management, the owner, neighbors are very nice and friendly! Its s great neighborhood for big families and kids! I have too many nice things to say about Coronado Springs. Updated appliances, beautiful spacious kitchen and living room, everything here is high quality compared to any other apartment complex in El Paso . Also the view of the Franklin Mountains is so relaxing and beautiful. I promise you wont regret it living here! Weve been here for 9 months now and not planning moving anywhere else until we buy a house. :)

Coronado Springs apartments is simply the most luxurious apartment property in El Paso. The property manager is very attentive, fair, and helpful. I recommend anyone who truly wants a home to rent here!
