Perfect location & apt floor plan. Great office & maintenance staff. Nice neighbors, no bugs. Rent is high for age of apt, carpet not good for my health concerns.

I absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful parks, which makes it perfect for enjoying the outdoors. I also really appreciate the quick access to the 101—it makes commuting and getting around super convenient. On top of that, there’s tons of shopping nearby, so everything I need is just a short drive or walk away.

Corporate owned nationwide conglomerate of rental properties offeres excellent online communication and strives toward resident satisfaction. I am too old and ignorant in this new world of renting an apartment to be able to judge, but from the kindness and the responsiveness to maintenance, I am impressed. There are many ammenities that I have never used, but feel certain most families enjoy.

I've lived here a short time and have met some really nice people. When submitting a request for any maintained work it gets done which I appreciate thank you. However the grounds need alot of cleaning for new tenants it's not very inviting when walking the area. One plus it's very convenient to everything for shopping and my work. I'm hoping yo make this my home for awhile we will see.

The complex is relatively quiet. It is in a great location with 2 very nice parks within walking distance. It is also very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

People within the community and in the office are great but buildings are older which has lead to issues here and there and maintenance is not the best at following up and seeing a project all the way through or completing work fully.

Older complex but a great maintenance staff. Great location close to park and mall and freeway. Not bad for a greystsr property that is very corporate. Hard to get a hold of office staff when needed. Overall a nice place to call home.

I LOVE our apartment!! The high ceilings make it feel almost like a townhouse, and I love that the complex puts on events for residents. It is a very family-friendly place to live, and it’s in a great location. I give it four stars because it’s often hard to find a parking spot near my unit after 7-8pm. If I come home past 9 or 10, then I usually have to park across the complex. You can rent a covered parking spot or garage for $45-$75 extra a month, but I’d prefer if there were more free parking options.

Avana Coronado - it is an older community which means you get some quirks, it is a safe, clean, and well maintained community. The apartments are roomy and the layout is balanced. I enjoy/ed my time at this community and the people who live here. Thank you!

Avana Coronado is a great apartment complex to live in, i definitely enjoy living here. My only complaints would be, in my area, it smells very bad like pet urine and the neighbors above us are extremely loud. Those are things that can absolutely be fixed but it is a bit difficult to get in contact with the front office. Other than that, this is a great place to live!

Avana Coronado upon first impression already felt like home, we were greeted by the amazing leasing staff with lots of smiles and friendliness. The process was easy to get started, the people here are nice, the pool, hot tub and the gym are amazing and we couldn’t have asked for much more. Move-in was a complete nightmare. Apartment was definitely not move in ready. Still being charged for renters insurance despite uploading documents to my portal.

We previously were living in an unsafe community, so moving to Avana Coronado has felt like a dream. It’s is clean, maintenance is timely, neighbors are friendly, and we’ve never had an incident that made us question our safety. The access to the highway is a huge bonus and makes it easy to get to any part of the east valley. I definitely recommend to others!

I love working with all of the staff in the front office and the maintenance staff. They are so proactive and stay on top of any and all issues I may have that arise. I love that Dani in the office is always willing to help regardless of what the issue may be and Jeffrey is amazing when it comes to maintenance orders. He is always going above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy and all needs are met.

I love the staff! Me an my son visit the office quite A bit and loves to take the snacks :). Maintenance is usually fast and very friendly. We try to stay involved with what’s going on around the community and at the moment is the toy drive! I love that and is around a great time because I had a bag ready to donate.

Price range seems reasonable for the location. Front office staff is kind and listens to issues, tries to resolve as much as they can. Maintenence stays on top of any requests.

Quiet and peaceful place to live. Great amenities and awesome staff. The pigeon poop is annoying but you can’t control them. Location is amazing for families. 2 parks and lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Food trucks and other fun activities are a common occurrence.
