Located about 27 miles northwest of Detroit, Pontiac is an up-and-coming city brimming with historic charm and a strong sense of community spirit. Named after a chief of the Ottawa tribe, Pontiac was once a center for automobile manufacturing. Property Ratings at Cornerstone Townhomes
I haven't had any maintenance issues as of yet. The property is secluded which is a plus even though it's a side by side unit. Neighbors are wonderful. What's exciting is the events that are being held for the community to share. Oh and I was surprised about the salt buckets with scoops with shovels for the with winter snow for the walkway. Accessable parking for my unit is a plus. Located very close to my job site is a plus. Stores, the Mall is relatively close. Lawn care plus, So yeah I have enjoyed my stay at CornerStone.
Management will put on the fake friendly act while signing the lease, but let you have an issue and their attitude changes. They are extremely rude and unprofessional people who should not be running a place of business. They can’t even hold a conversation with an unhappy tenant. Their office is kept closed to avoid confrontation. So easy to hang up on an upset tenant and not have to deal with. Just save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Poor management. You’re wasting your money here, they don’t have lights outside in breezeways for safety. Bad neighbor, they only care about their money. Please view before buying.
I've been here for 2 years. Every issue that has come up has always been quickly resolved. I can't give enough thanks and appreciation to Gabriela and her staff. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Great managment really does make a difference in living in rentals!
I moved in October 29019, and have been pleased with my choice. The management addresses concerns and requests. The Maintenance staff are also quite helpful and quick to respond. I have never had an issue here with pest or rodents, and the property is well maintained. The neighbors are also helpful, friendly and personable. I am very pleased and satisfied being a resident here and hope to be here for years to come.
I haven't moved in yet, but so far my experience with the office has been decent. I did my application Gabriella was very helpful with the process and very knowledgeable about everything. I'm excited to call this place home.
Love the complex and the new laundry room. I've lived here for over a year and Gabriela has been very helpful and nice enough to go out of her way to help me when I needed it. Very understanding. I noticed that they have someone cleaning the property every morning and they are doing their part in keeping it nice for us.
The Cornerstone Townhomes are a nice place to live I've been here a year and haven't had any problems and the office staff are very friendly and if there's a problem with your unit maintenance this is there the same day

I would be planning to move here, trying to get an job in Pontiac, MI first then move to the area.
Good value for the price we paid.The people at the office are very friendly and helpful. It s located in area where you can get anywhere in Metro Detroit within 30 minutes.
