I recently moved in to cornerstone and it’s been great so far. Very friendly staff, my move in process was extremely easy and the little things that needed to be fixed when I moved in were done immediately! The apartments are nice and the community is very quiet which I like because I work in a loud environment and love to come home and feel at peace.

Overall, it is good. There are some minor inconveniences like the gyms treadmill making a clicking sound like something is broken. Some more annoying stuff like not having a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom, there for having to use blackout curtains to help keep the room cool. The guest bedroom having a light switch, but no light. The grills look nice, I'm excited to use them. Gym is good, small, but good. Barking dogs are a bit annoying.

We never got an actual tour of our unit and when we were showed a virtual tour, we were told that the unit we would be renting is the same as the virtual tour, which was incorrect. So I had false expectations and when we finally got to see the unit (after signing and given keys) I noticed minor eyesores. Nothing needed to be fixed but more so for aesthetics. For example, the crown molding or top boards are not flush with the walls. Cracks in cabinet moldings in the bathrooms and baseboards not flush.

I’ve been a resident here at Cornerstone Ranch for 3 years now. I love the community and the apartments, this is really home. Great amenities including full size washer and dryer are a must! And the pool area is perfect for relaxing or having a bbq. Cornerstone Ranch is by far my favorite apartments that I’ve lived in.

Awful the office staff do not want to help and when you ask them to try you are treated poorly. I have not went through the office for any issues in almost a year because of the office manager.
Since I've been living in this community all of my close neighbors have been nice. The property is is clean and the people I've come in the rental office I have come in contact with are nice and professional.
Moved into a completely refurbished apartment, everything brand new, the community is very nice, alot of grass areas and trees, pool area has a lot to offer also.

I love how green and well kept the landscaping is. The pool is always clean as well as the other amenities. It’s also nice that it’s a non-smoking complex and that there are no pest problems indoors and rarely see any outdoors too. Management is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance and other requests.

This is a month since I moved here and everything is very nice. Nice people and nice community. Apartment is so nice and clean, leasing staff is so nice. So far no issue and enjoying living in Cornerstone.
Staff is filled with cool people who are always professional and helpful. The complex feels safe which is a major priority for me and the location is great! They have been helpful through the pandemic. Out of the 4 complexes I have lived in, this is the only one I have ever renewed my lease at.

The staff of Cornerstone Ranch are always willing to help solve any issue you may be experiencing. The grounds are well kept and the new pool area is beautiful.
The apartments themselves are fairly nice, stuff breaks since they are older but I haven’t had any trouble with maintenance coming. If you are downstairs hopefully you don’t have someone with a big dog above you. The walls/ceiling aren’t that thick, but for the most part you don’t hear much above unless someone lets their big dog run around & then the ceiling shakes. The grounds and most neighbors are nice but somewhat recently families with kids have moved in and about 6-7 kids run around playing & yelling without any supervision so it’s not near as peaceful as it used to be especially if you have your windows open to enjoy the weather, also they don’t look where they are going and will literally run into you.
DARLENE is the worst office manager. She is extremely rude. Even when u are nice trying to talk civilly. I do not recommend to anyone.
My husband and I have been a resident a little over a year and until today we would have given the community a good review and most likely would have renewed our lease. However, given our experience with the regional manager today , they will be loosing an excellent tenant who pays their rent timely every month, keeps to themselves, and has kept their apartment in excellent condition. I replaced a burnt light bulb which caused half of the apartments electricity tu turn off (including fridge and a/c- today temp will be 103) I am in property management and am aware that this could have caused the breaker to trip. I reset all the breakers which did nothing. I called the leasing office and was transferred to the regional manager (Darlene) who told me that I needed to reset all the plugs. I did that and again the electricity did not come on. She asked me if I paid my electric bill, which of course we did and I reminded her that the issue only occurred to only part of the unit. She told me I would have to wait until Monday to have an electrician come by. I told her that it was odd that they did not have maintenance on call. She said she could send someone but would charge us if it had to do something to do with resetting the breaker. She said the property could not afford to pay their maintenance overtime to fix an issue I could fix. Her demeanor was very rude, demanding and unprofessional. I expressed to her my concern on the way I was being treated how I felt it was very unfair and her response was "you do not belong here, you need to go live at the property where you work" and hung the phone up on me. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by property management none the less a regional manager. They do not value excellent residents, we never complain hardly ever even go to the leasing office, just to pay our rent.
This place would be nice, except for the manager. She's very rude and condescending. She doesn't listen to concerns or problems, just shuts you down and walks away. She treats you like you're trash and she's the Queen who can do whatever she wants.

Cornerstone ranch is the BEST apartment complex that we’ve ever rented from. The management here is extremely friendly and professional. They are so helpful and they are always very kind to our three energetic boys. My husband and I have been renting here for nearly 2 ½ years and we’ve decided to sign another 6-month lease in November. We also rented another apartment here back in 2005, when our oldest son was just a baby. The boys are getting bigger, so we will need a house or a larger apartment soon, but we are going to stay here for just a little bit longer. We love the sandy beach pool and the boys are really looking forward to the Halloween party in October. These apartments are ideal for working professionals, dog lovers and small families. They have one and two bedrooms apartment homes here with large tubs, big rooms and extra balcony space. We would probably stay here longer, if they had 3-bedroom apartment homes. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and I will continue to recommend Cornerstone ranch. Thank you so much! :)
My apartment is so comfortable and has so many perks that I keep the lights dimmed to avoid looking at the bad paint job. My tub is huge so I forgive the towel rack that falls off the wall every time I grab a towel. My stove and fridge are so lop sided I sometimes think I'm dizzy but then remember it's not me. But I have a great view and sliders to the balcony in my bedroom. It also accommodates my requirement for one sink in the bathroom. I don't need to be mocked every time I brush my teeth that I'm single. It's my choice. I don't need a man spitting snot balls in the toilet every morning to know that I'm a good person.
