Property Ratings at Corner Place
If I didn't move across the country I would still be living at this property. The apartments and communal areas are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. They always made sure the sidewalks and lots were maintained in the winter months and this was something I greatly appreciated! Wouldn't hesitate to look them up again if I moved back.

I recently moved into a one bedroom here at Corner Place.. I was on the wait list for what seemed like forever, but it was well worth it. The manager and other office staff that I met were very nice and seemed like they genuinely care about their residents. The one bedroom is also surprisingly spacious.

I've lived for almost 10 years, there has never been a time I have needed or asked for something that was not done. I really enjoy living here. The place is well kept, the apartments are very spacious and what can I say, I've looked other places before I came here and I am elated that I chose to stay here and have no intentions of ever moving. I truly couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! I lived here for a couple years and it was the best move I made. Believe me, I've had my fair share of apartment hunting. The apartments are huge! They have the friendliest staff and the manager was always on top of any thing that came up. Maintenance was always quick to come out if I needed anything. I truly could have seen myself residing here for a long time, but my husband and I bought our first house and I was actually sad to leave! You truly can't go wrong living here!
They apartments are very large and rooming. Everything is not included but it reasonable to live. They are very strict on who lives in the apartments.
This is an exceptional place to reside. I enjoy the beautiful grounds, safety, my neighbors and outstanding staff. We are in a great location, which it is all about location, location, location. You can walk to a multitude of places, surrounding award winning schools, restaurants, and shops. My complex and staff is awesome. The property is very well maintained and groomed. We have a super courtyard with a sprawling swimming pool with lounge chairs for relaxation and reading, shower room to cleanse after your invigorating swim and a clubhouse. I ride my bicycle around the complex for exercise. The staff keep each tenant inform and connected by providing a monthly newsletter with recipes, birthday wishes and informative news and a monthly continental breakfast; what a great way to get to know your neighbors. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Any concerns, the staff address them immediately. I give credit when credit is due. I went to the office and expressed my gratitude for being on top of everything. Great management. Now I know why there is a waiting list to reside here. I finally got in. Once you are here, you do not want to leave. Great place to call home. I am immensely enjoying my stay. I have been living at Country Corner going on 5 years now and it's a great place to live. The apartment manger is very nice and when you tell her about an issue that you are having she gets to the bottom of it very quickly. The maintenance men are great, knowledgeable and response to requests in a timely manner. Only thing I wish these apartments had were washers and dryers in the unity, but they are supposed to be adding those soon so I am happy about that. The people are pretty friendly and this is just a perfect central location to live at. Overall, this is great treasure for the city of Southfield. I would definitely recommend it.
