The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cordova Park
The staff was amazing when I first came here and was looking for an apartment. They all knew me by name and were very helpful with finding me an apartment and helping me feel at home. It was really nice being able to move across the country and feel welcomed. Now that its been over 6 months i feel me and my wife have been put on the back burner. We have called and talked about our neighbor playing his music too loud at 1a.m. and they always say they will send someone. No one ever comes. I got an email saying my credit card was rejected on my e-renters insurance. So I went and updated my information and paid my dues immediately. I then got an email from the apartment staff hours later saying that my policy was being cancelled and I needed a new confirmation or I'd lose the apartment. I had to argue with them about what had happened and sent them screen shots and emails saying that nothing had lapsed in my insurance. After a long string of emails they finally agreed that nothing happened to my insurance. I don't feel they take us seriously anymore and the the feeling of being welcomed is gone.
Cordova park feels like home. Staff Rose, Blanca, and Jessica are amazing always warm and welcoming. John Marquez maintenence tech is always great he's kind and gets work orders done quick. This is my home I simply love it.
The front office staff & maint. Are wonderful! No problems at all. Very well kept landscape and grounds! They care about the residence. The Apts are nice and very well maintained. 2 thumbs up!
The people here is so nice and helpful. The neighbors look out for one another and if anything is broken, maintenance is happy to fix it in a hurry.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENTS TO ANYBODY, THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN. I HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS WHO LIVED THERE AND ARE NOT SATISFY. I’ve lived here a year and I WILL NOT recommend Cordova park apartments to anybody. First of all the leasing office doesn’t have a set schedule, they open and go to lunch whenever they want but they do close right at 6pm all the time. REALLY BAD customer service.
the Cordova apartment is a good place for living. the property manager keeps up with the groundskeeping as well as routine maintenance checks for the apartment.they just recemented all the pools. the complex it's expensive for a living in the Antelope Valley. Very very good place to live. The management staff is very welcoming and heartfelt staff. every time I walk into the office to pay rent they're always having smiles on their face.I do think the process for locking yourself out of your residence after hours should be looked into because if I'm locked out after hours there's no way they can verify and open my apartment for me. This would make this place that much more enjoyable.
So far I can't complain I liked what I seen and then after the process we were moved in like within a week...so the waiting time was very short...I like how its close to the grocery store and other places...some within walking distance...however I don't like that the cabinets are outdated
