Occupying the heart of the West San Fernando Valley, Reseda has sat modestly as a pro-typical suburb of Los Angeles for over 100 years. Like most valley neighborhoods, its growth stemmed from the post-World War II boom and the proliferation of the car, bringing a culture of shopping malls and wide boulevards.
Reseda Boulevard acts as the neighborhood’s thoroughfare, running north to south. This urban community is brimming with local restaurants, close to Interstate 405. Locals enjoy the relaxing atmosphere at the Anthony C. Beilenson Park and its recreational facilities. In addition to access to the interstate, residents are in close proximity to the Northridge Metro Station.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Corbin Terrace
I've lived in this community for 9 years, and it has been the best experience in my rental life. The manager Elena is always on top of service orders and maintenance. Great customer service as well.
I have lived here for thirty years now, moving in right after the '94 earthquake, and consider this community my home. I am in an upstairs 2 Br/2Ba apartment, which has 14 ft. vaulted ceilings...love the feeling of spaciousness that provides. Especially appealing is the two-car garage, extremely difficult to find in a Valley apartment. If you do find them, the cost is typically prohibitive. Even though the garage is shared with the tenant on the ground floor, that has never presented a problem. Particularly because the two parking spaces assigned to each apartment are tandem. This delineates each tenant's space very clearly. Of course, the washer dryer hookups (1 for each apartment) in the garage are a wonderful plus. Over the years when I've had trouble with my washer or dryer, I simply use the on-site facility just steps away from my apartment. It is clean, safe and well-serviced. In the past few years we have enjoyed a lot of modernizing and upgrading of both the grounds and apartment finishes, like hard-wood floors, new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. Recently, a Resident Garden was created complete with a fountain!. It provides a beautiful space to grow veggies or take in the day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how management has consistently kept pricing competitive with the area we live in over the years. In my book, all that Corbin Terrace has to offer encompasses a place I have happily come to call home.
