I really enjoy being here and the office staff has been so welcoming. Carmen, Lillian, Monica, and Marielis are just the greatest. Maintenance is quick to take care of anything that I ask for and I like having elevators. Great place!

Our apartment is located on a corner with a huge wrap around patio. We have incredible views, including fireworks! I love that they offer EV charging stations as there is not a Tesla supercharger nearby. The community is impeccably clean and the Maintenance Manager, Alex, is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this community.

My husband and I just left and I had had to take time to write this review. We are planning on selling our house 8-12 months from now. Everywhere we've gone, they just tell us it's too far out and to come back later. Not the team at Alta Deco! They told us that we were doing the right thing by starting early and showed us around. Customer service is great and the inside is beautiful. My husband has decided that when we sell, we will be moving here!

Love it! Love it! Love it! I’m in Building 1 and really enjoy being here! I work from home and get to head right downstairs to work. There’s a little space in the clubhouse where I’m able to set up. I feel like I’m at my own little Starbucks. Everyone is so sweet here and I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can enjoy the pool.

I've been here for 3 months and I have enjoyed living here. My neighbors are so friendly, I'm close to Disney, and the hallways are airconditioned. If you don't know, now you do. AC in hallways are much needed in Florida.

I was worried about a nice place to live where they would allow pets and I found this place next to my job. They are so spacious and pet friendly, they will have a dog park and a dog spa opening soon and i so excited to move in December to our new home!

Just stopped by to see the apartment that I rented. Moving in November 20th and I am so excited! I went to measure for my new couch and show my family. Everyone is so welcoming in the office and I was so happy that they joined me to share in my excitement. November 20th can't arrive sooner!
