I love living here and cannot complain. The office calls me back, they answer the phone, and they always ask how I'm doing. They genuinely are about the property and things look good. They even remembered that my Mom was coming into town and stopped me. I have nothing negative to say. I really love living here.

I am not even a resident here, and the Corban Freedom team truly makes me feel like I am family! Whenever I am headed to my friend's place, the maintenance team is always wave and greet me with a smile! Unfortunately, I live in a house but would definitely recommend leaving it to be a part of this community! Come live here!

Our apartment is located on a corner with a huge wrap around patio. We have incredible views, including fireworks! I love that they offer EV charging stations as there is not a Tesla supercharger nearby. The community is impeccably clean and the Maintenance Manager, Alex, is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this community.

My husband and I just left and I had had to take time to write this review. We are planning on selling our house 8-12 months from now. Everywhere we've gone, they just tell us it's too far out and to come back later. Not the team at Alta Deco! They told us that we were doing the right thing by starting early and showed us around. Customer service is great and the inside is beautiful. My husband has decided that when we sell, we will be moving here!

Love it! Love it! Love it! I’m in Building 1 and really enjoy being here! I work from home and get to head right downstairs to work. There’s a little space in the clubhouse where I’m able to set up. I feel like I’m at my own little Starbucks. Everyone is so sweet here and I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can enjoy the pool.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience here. The office staff is wonderful and I walk down every morning to grab my coffee. Not to shabby and my apartment is very quiet.

This place really is wonderful. My realtor took me around to visit the area and I really enjoyed Alta Deco! I made sure to take a card to leave a review. Honestly, the staff is was so sweet and I loved the architectural designs of the clubhouse. Waiting for my house to sell and will hopefully make a decision soon!

I've been here for 3 months and I have enjoyed living here. My neighbors are so friendly, I'm close to Disney, and the hallways are airconditioned. If you don't know, now you do. AC in hallways are much needed in Florida.
