I love my carriage house apartment. I love the community. Neighbors are friendly, but mind their business. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. Cheyenne, my leasing agent, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my apartment choice. Even sent me pics of another carriage house while I was at work so I could decide which window view would be best. She is extremely caring and professional..

I stopped by the office when I got off of work. I spoke with the young lady in the office and let her know what’s going on with my apartment. I was not in my apartment not even five minutes before maintenance was at my door to take care of the problem. Speedy response. Love it great people. .

Alta Farms is the best place to live! My favorite place is the gym, it has free weights up to 75lbs and a barbell, as well as anything else you need. Nothing like getting a free latte on the way to work.

Our experience so far has been ok. Expect the noise coming from upstairs. And some pet owners been very irresponsible. They don't pick after their dogs.

This community is pretty amazing. People who work here are much friendly. I’m glad to live here for almost one year. However, if you would like to move here, please check the Air-Conditioner first to make sure it would not shut down suddenly when you are sleeping. I met this problem twice in past three weeks. It took five or six days to fix the problem when it happened first time. Then the problem happened again this week. I made a request on Thursday, they told me they would solve the problem early next week. Now the outside temperature is 9 Fahrenheit, and the ridiculous thing is the temperature in my room is too low to melt the ice in bottle which I brought from my car last night. I really appreciate they give me two heater to keep my room warm. But a single heater cannot make room warmer in a 9 Fahrenheit day but the electricity would jump off if you turn on two heaters at the same time, which is annoying me so much.

Alta Farms at Cane Ridge is a great place to live. I love the community amenities and apartment features, such as my balcony facing the walking trail, 24-hour access to the gym and clubhouse, and gated entrance. Also, staff/management is great; they communicate and respond in a timely manner. They plan residential events every month to help foster community. Maintainance requests receive responses within 24 hours, and they do an awesome job of upkeeping the property and landscape.

The staff at the front are top notch which is great for an apartment leasing office. They made move-in very easy by promptly responding to every question we had and thoroughly checked everything out before giving us an answer. The grounds are gorgeous and the amenities feel luxury. Good security and lots of actually fun events for tenants, 10/10 would recommend living here!

When I arrived for the tour, I instantly fell in love with the campus. I was looking for a community as I just graduated from college and I felt like I would be welcomed here. Since moving in, I couldn't feel more comfortable. It's quiet and the community is located in an ideal location, especially with all of the new development coming.

My girlfriend and I recently signed a lease to live at AFCR. The property is very clean and well kept. We extensively researched and toured communities in Nashville - AFCR got the highest overall marks when considering price, amenities, location, and property. As a bonus, Jared has made the process easy and is extremely responsive when we have questions. It also seems like there are frequent community events organized by management, which is a nice bonus.

I toured here last week with my fiancé and we absolutely loved it! Cheyenne was our guide and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She was patient with us as we aren’t from the area and answered all our questions and believe me my fiancé had a LOT of questions. Very beautiful property and definitely our top choice if we decide to move to Nashville!

Moving to Alta Farms was the best decision I have ever made.The apartments are spacious, and are thoughtfully designed. The staff here is truly the best! Dalton, Cheyenne, and Jared were so helpful in my move and continue to improve my experience daily. I interact with them daily in the co-working space, and they always make my work day fun. The maintenance team always comes to my apartment within hours of submitting a work order. I have never experienced that at any other complex. The amenities are top-notch. Every resident is very friendly and a true community has been created here . I wish I could put Alta Farms and its employees in a blender, press ice crush, and drink it as a smoothie every morning. If I could do this, my skin would be clear, my waist would be snatched, and my heart would be full.

Our time at Alta Farms at Cane Ridge has been perfect so far. We had an emergency maintenance request where we were unable to open our door due to the handle breaking. Matt came to our apartment on a Saturday night and fixed it right away. He was extremely professional and helpful.

I am very impressed with the property management staff and their ability to be solutions-oriented. This is a new community and, as such, has had a few hiccups. The staff has risen to the challenge, and that means a lot.
This has been the best apartment I have lived in. The amenities are great (gym, coffee bar, club house, red barn, walking paths, community garden, dog park) it feels like I am on a vacation. The property staff are all kind and helpful. There is a sense of community here, I never participated in resident events at previous apartments. I look forward to the resident events here. They ask the residents for ideas of what they would like to see for resident events. I encourage anyone looking to move to the nashville area, check out alta farms. It is a great quiet location that is centrally located between murfreesboro and downtown nashville. I look forward to the development happening near the apartment.
