Rent goes up every year
Like previous reviewer has stated these apartments used to be great. Since been bought out by a greedy large company that chooses to raise rent every year with no changes made to justify a rent increase. Interiors are dated and management does not provide updates.

Use to be nice
This place was great when I moved in. Now it’s taken over by the smell of pot coming from my neighbors and loud tenants that are disruptive. The halls are also unkept. It’s embarrassing to have company over because of the smell and noise levels. It’s like living in a college dorm. The manger doesn’t seem to care either.
