Property Ratings at Coral Falls
The office and maintenance team are always friendly and very efficient, any requests are handled with a quick response. The area is very secure with a good police presence,it is a quiet community and not for people who like loud music or house parties. You can live in a peaceful environment here.
They consistently tow cars, kids who don’t live there smoke at the playgrounds all times of day and night, the trash is always over full. They moved in people with huge pit bulls but the property says no dogs over 40 lbs but half the dogs there are huge.
I moved here from NY a little over 2 years ago. I looked at 13 properties in 2 days prior to moving to Florida. What was I looking for? Clean and quiet. Coral Falls exceeds both. I met with property manager Suzette, who gladly showed me the grounds and took me to a demo AND the unit I would be renting. My eventual unit was under renovation but I was impressed with the openness and honesty. There was no bait and switch, everything was explained fully. When I moved, everything was as promised. The unit was immaculate and everything including appliances were new. If there was ever a maintenance issue (I dropped a spoon into my garbage disposal) the guys were there the next day. After a year, I moved to a first floor unit. I couldn’t fit my couch out of the door so I needed to purchase a special strap to hoist it over the balcony. When I came home from work the next day, my couch was in my new unit, the maintenance crew had moved it for me, and they didn’t charge me for it. Karen is the assistant property manager and just as helpful and professional as Suzette. Unfortunately, I need to move because of work, but if I didn’t have to, I would stay here indefinitely. The grounds are always immaculate and the community is QUIET! Not one issue since moving in. Sad to leave but trust me, you will not find better! Highly recommend!

I have lived in this community for just a short period of time, but so far, I am very favorably impressed. From the time I realized that I needed a new apartment, until move in, both managers were very cooperative and helpful. My apartment is nicely decorated , and everything is in working order. Maintenance is quickly addressed and efficiently handled. I love the neighborhood because everything I need is in a short driving distance or some places can be reached by walking. All the residents I have met are friendly and welcoming. I had lived in my last community for twelve years so this was a huge change for me. I am so glad that I found Coral Falls. If you are looking for a great place to live, give them a call. You will be impressed too.
Coral Falls is a great place to live. It is perfect location to walk to restaurants and stores. Apartments are spacious, clean and quiet. I have been living in Coral Falls for 4 years and have the best neighbors. They are just like family we all look out for each other. Maintenance is SUPER and efficient. The office staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Look no further if you are looking for a great community to call home Coral Falls apartments is the place.
