Other than the few things I stated on my wish list I couldn’t be happier with my choice after selling my house. I thought transitioning to a more public living situation would be difficult, but it’s been absolutely wonderful. I rarely hear my neighbors and everybody here is nice and helpful. The facilities are incredibly clean and the grounds in general are very well kept I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Apartment floor plan, pool,sauna, gym and lounge are excellent and well maintained. Building is very modern inside and out, and well maintained. Management very helpful and very pleasant. I feel like I checked into an excellent top quality hotel.

Cora provides a pleasant refresh to the apartment living experience. There is a level of care to both the in-unit and shared amenity features that delivers what appears to be a genuine effort for tenant satisfaction and comfort. The on-site staff are present and engaging, which adds an additional unexpected level of enjoyment and ease to the renting experience.

The Cora community is clean and quiet. The location of The Cora is excellent and extremely convenient. Accessibility to downtown and the freeways to visit nearby cities is ideal.

Look, when you make national news for flooding that is bad, but when you are also on the Spanish language station that is really bad. it's been months and I still can't get packages sent here safely, and being by the ocean it's always going to be like this

The building is really nice, location is good, staff is really nice, the gate system is a little confusing, the office phone system is frustrating, and the elevator needs to be fixed asap.

The most awful experience I've ever had renting an apartment in my entire life. I am soooo upset, I could write a novel of how horrible this place is but I'll keep it short for the readers sake. If your washer hot water setting doesn't have hot water, the office will tell you that's how the washers are and maintenance will walk in while you are in the shower (true story, major ptsd after that incident). When I was moving in month of October, I was told EV chargers will be available for use end of November, we are in April now and still no chargers. I have a heart condition so I chose a building that has an elevator and I live on the 5th floor.. well, elevator been broken for 3 months now and management still doesn't have a estimated date of it being back in service. Constant construction because whoever designed this building had no idea what they were doing, parking garage always has standing water and flooded during the rains. Constant issues with deliveries because delivery drivers can never get in through the gate. I even tried reaching out to the corporate Greystar office, no response!! Horrible customer service. CAN NOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER SO I CAN GET OUT OF THIS PLACE.
