Love the location and the staff is great. The grounds are very clean, we are very happy to have found this building for our son who is starting medical school in late July.

Cora has been so great! We just renewed our lease for the third time! We love the concierge team and how Cora keeps everything so clean, safe, and updated.

I absolutely love it here. The amenities and staff are all amazing! Joe does a great job with the events as well! The rooftop views are great and I love all the plants in the building.

I enjoy living at Cora. I think the amenities and staff are great. Joe is always very welcoming when we come home at night from work. Olga, Jessica, and Porsha all do an amazing job at the leasing office. My only issue is the parking situation. All the lower level spots are reserved for non residents and the path to get to your parking spot is way too narrow which makes getting in and out of the garage pretty awful. Otherwise I love the location and everything about Cora.

Living at Cora has been such a great experience! The apartments are spacious and beautifully designed with high-end finishes. I’m lucky to have a unit with an amazing view of the city skyline – it’s breathtaking, especially at sunset. The building is so well-maintained, and I appreciate the little touches like the large package area and reserved bike storage. I also love how pet-friendly it is, and there’s even a dog park nearby. It truly feels like home here!

I absolutely love living at Cora! The location in downtown Tampa is unbeatable – I’m just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and the vibes. The building is modern, clean, and the amenities are top-notch. The rooftop grills is my favorite spot to relax after work, and the fitness center has everything I need to stay in shape. Plus, the staff is always friendly and responsive. Living here feels like being part of a vibrant community. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a downtown living experience!

Living here has been an absolute dream. We moved here from Jacksonville and I couldn’t have imagined a better first home in Tampa. The location is phenomenal, the city life is everything we wanted, walking distance to everything we need, and the apartment complex feels like I’m living in a luxury hotel. I can’t get over how much this place immediately felt like home, and we can’t wait to live here for years to come.

The staff had been super helpful and very friendly. The apartment was very clean on move-in day. Lots of carts to help with the move as well, the concierge was extremely helpful.

It's been a great experience and everyone is so friendly & welcoming. The resident service here is exceptional; I can't stress enough how nice it is here!

We’ve been living at the Cora for 6 months and absolutely love it! It’s so clean, modern, and the amenities are gorgeous and inviting. The events hosted are actually fun and things you want to go to! Our apartment is great and it’s quiet and we love the quality and look of the appliances. I still recommend the Cora after 6 months of living there.

The process has been incredible from touring with Porsha and then Bella to signing our lease and having an amazing and informative move in orientation with Jessica. The concierge team is awesome too! We’re so thankful for such an easy experience.

So, the leasing team at Cora has been amazing since day one. I love living at Water Street – it's a huge plus to have everything in one place. The concierge desk and the high-quality construction really set this building apart and keep the party crowd away. The team has been super caring and welcoming. I'm never leaving this place!

Truly a great experience overall! The community has so many events throughout every month as well as the neighborhood events and markets too. It offers a healthy mix of a dense urban environment but the ease not having the inconvenience of large major cities. Close to the airport, beaches, and St. Pete/Clearwater too! Apartments are laid out usable overall and the Elfa closet system is a plus, you aren't stuck with the cheap lousy white metal shelves we all know. Good appliances and good views! Would recommend to someone really wanting the best opportunity to live, work, and play all in the same neighborhood.

Move in experience was great. Most inquiries were addressed and handled promptly. Very big fan of the package room and the rooftop amenities.

He comes faster than i have ever seen at any apartment. I plan on staying here for as long as i can!

It was really great moving into such a well thought out building, team and concierge. Val was the first person we met, and she was there every step of the way. We looked at several units with her, multiple times. She even created some time to fit my needs and that was very appreciated. Moving in was seamless coming from someone who has never rented an apartment before. Very easy! Residents are all top tier, with most residents with doggos. The first week I moved in, they had 3 events in the building hosted by their concierge. The concierge in the building already knows my family, and dog’s name. Everything has been fantastic.

Beautiful building with great amenities in the best location. However, apartment appliances are not the greatest and the layouts don’t feel as thought out as they should be. Everything is Fisher & Paykel which is better aesthetic than function. A lot of monthly charges added up as well so it gets very expensive but still worth it being directly on Water Street.
