Coquina Cove

After 8 years as a resident, I can confidently say Coquina Cove is a rare gem. The property is beautifully maintained, and the office staff and maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and truly care about the community. Any time I had an issue, it was handled quickly and with a smile. From live music and food truck nights to poolside movies for the kids, there’s always something to bring neighbors together. Over the years, I’ve watched the community blossom—new gym, fresh paint, new roofs, weekly landscaping, and spotless parking areas. The clubhouse, business center, and affordable on-site storage are just the icing on the cake. I’ve lived in several complexes, but never one so consistently updated, well-managed, and resident-focused. Leaving is bittersweet—I’m grateful for the friendships, the memories, and the incredible team who made it feel like home.

This place is just awesome !!! Since our 1st day here we have felt safe and at home ! The complex is delightfully clean ! Many well maintained awesome amenities ! The maintenance men are fast and efficient as well as friendly ! The office ladies Ash , Britt and Mel are the icing on the cake ! Very happy we found Coquina Cove !

We absolutely are so very happy we found Coquina Cove! After endless searching & being denied we were referred to Coquina Cove. I was so stressed out and emotional from all the previous places we applied, and when I made that call I got Ashlyn and explained our situation and she was so very kind and listened to me and our situation & immediately was reassuring about helping us. The process was so easy and quick and within a day we had approval and were able to move in quickly! We love our apartment and all the amenities and family fun nights at the pool and Sunday fun day festivities. We also feel very safe with all the security precautions they have setup . Coquina Cove is truly a hidden Gem! I wish we found this place sooner!

Although I lived at Coquina Cove quite a few years back in a spacious 3 bedroom unit, I feel compelled to write now as I recently stopped in again for a really fun social event and had a tour of the clubhouse/ fitness facility and was wowed! The gym, pool, tennis court and business center are awesome, the staff are super friendly, the facilities and the grounds are beautifully kept and the location in Palm City near the Turnpike and I-95 can't be beat! I recommend Coquina Cove to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to live that feels like a resort!

10/10 recommend this community. Not only is it beautiful (the landscape and the apartments) the office staff is very friendly and helpful, which is very hard to find around here. This community is great for kids and i always feel safe when I’m home. We’ve had a few issues with our dryer and our screen doors and they were fixed within 2-3 days max. The valet trash is a nice touch for those who live far from the compactor. There’s never a mess by the trash. There’s a trail that goes around the lake which is great for dogs! I hope this helps someone in their search- it’s worth the money!

The management is so sweet!! The pool is always kept up! The grounds are always kept up and I’m very happy here!

I just moved in and love it so far when we first started looking I called every apartment complex you could find in port saint Lucie, palm city area but when I called her Savannah answered and she was so bubbly and wonderful, welcomed me home before I even filled out any applications. she has made our move-in process so smooth and less stressful, she communicated with me wonderfully through email or phone call she was there every step of the way and we did not even meet in person until my actual move in day! I have only been here for a week and I love it so far no complaints. so thank you so much Coquina Cove and thank you Savannah I Appreciate everything that you have done for me so far

Not only is this such a safe, fun and beautiful place to live but everyone at the office is so helpful and nice. Alyssa who is a manager in the office is always so sincere, helpful and has your back with anything you need. Best decision with signing a lease with Coquina Cove! Thank you Coquina! Move in now!

I enjoy living in this serene family oriented community! The grounds are kept up and the staff (especially Denise) has been more than helpful to ensure that everything is A.O.K with my stay! They're very supportive and stays on top of everything! Impeccable service! I love it!

The community that is here is so accepting. Everyone knows each other. The front office does a really great job of connecting the community and taking care of the community. All the activities they do through the months to bring people together are very well done.

I have lived at Coquina Cove for about 2 years now. Many families live here and there is a wide range in age of children that play outside. My little boy loves the friends he has made and plays outside and has a blast. The staff is very responsive with any maintenance issue that comes up. The office staff follow up and have completed any requested item quickly and professionally. Tom, one of the maintenance team members, truly cares for the children that live here. As he waits at the bus stop with his children all the kids give him pounds and high fives. The other morning my son was so happy to see him that he greeted him with a giant hug. It's very nice to watch my son smile and laugh and enjoy his home here at Coquina Cove! Thank you to the staff and management for facilitating various family friendly events throughout the year....monthly movies at the pool, holiday events, breakfast to go mornings, and both of my sons' favorite was Santa at the clubhouse last year!

My husband and I moved from New York about 3 1/2 years ago to Coquina Cove in Palm City. With that said, we had never experienced a hurricane and we were put in a very precarious and unnerving position. The new ownership and staff totally prepared us for the oncoming storm. Trees were cut and notices were sent out as to how we should prepare. My husband and I felt comforted and safe. We did have minor damage to our bedroom wall. Tom (head of maintenance) took care of the problem promptly and followed up to ensure the wall was finished correctly. Kudos to Tom and his crew, ownership and staff. Hoping for a wonderful year ahead!

We have been living here for a few months and can't wait till our lease is over. The management (current property manager is Nancy) is horrible and don't care about you - all they want is your money. For the price of rent, the service should be excellent but the front staff is rude and inconsiderate, there's never any parking (no assigned parking spots), maintenance comes in and out whenever they want, basically this place is a mess. Maintenance will tell you that they're going to cut off the water for 30 minutes with no warning, and the 30 minutes literally ends up being 3 hours. This has happened more than once!! We requested the parking situation to be resolved, because a lot of people have multiple cars so there's never parking available and we were told we were unreasonable for even complaining about it. Overall, this place does have potential but the management is horrible and instead of making you feel like they appreciate you living on their property, they treat you like you owe THEM something. AND, the manager Nancy was offering gift cards to anyone who leaves a positive review online of the property. I'd never recommend anyone to live here. Please, just find anywhere else to live in the area - so many more nice places in the area.

I have lived at Coquina Cove for 4 years and am renewing my lease today for another year. It is a very enjoyable place to live. Any problems (very few) have been handled promptly and professionally. It is a very pet friendly community with a dog park and treats in the office! I have two dogs and they love it here too! Affordable on-site storage is available as well as affordable garages. They have recently changed ownership and the new owners are hands-on guys! I look forward to another great year of resort-like living at a reasonable price.

I was in the apartment for 5 months- I was very clean and never hung anything on walls-etc. they did not give security deposit back and said it was for preparing the unit for the next tenant. I wrote a certified letter complaining about how they unlawfully kept my security deposit and they still refused to do anything.

Do not move here. The apartment complex is poorly managed by Nicole and Savannah. They constantly say one thing and do the complete opposite. The upgrades are scam. For an extra $300 a month you can updated fixtures from the 90s. Your better off going to Lowes, buying new fixtures for $40, and replacing them yourself. The pool is always dirty and when you let the office know you will get a nasty response. The staff needs to work on their professional communication skills.

We have been living at Coquina Cove for two years. It is a very nice property. The staff is very nice, Nichole has excellent customer service skills and its flows down to the staff. Tom is great if there is a problem he does his best to take care of it in a timely fashion. Coquina Cove is resort living and i would recommend this community to anyone. Thank you staff. J

I have lived in Coquina Cove for almost a year, and have just renewed my lease. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and address concerns in a timely manner. The apartment has a great layout and ample closet and living spaces. It is my favorite place I have lived. I highly recommend it.

The property manager is horrible, they ignore your calls, do not respond to issues and they just want your money. For it being such a luxurious place they really do not represent themselves at that. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Just do yourself the favor and find somewhere else so you do not have togo through the same problems.

I moved into Coquina Cove in Feb 2015. I have had one maintenance issue after another. Response time is abysmal. Any time I have had to call for a maintenance problem, I have either had no response whatsoever or maintenance putting a "band aid" on the problem leading to repeated calls when the problem arises again. When you finally are able to reach someone they behave as if this is the first they are hearing of it. I like my unit which faces the lake. I pay an extra $150 a month for this view and have had to look through dirty grimy windows that was not cleaned prior to my move in nor has it been cleaned since I requested it months ago. The exhaust fans in the bathroom are ridiculously loud and sound like a deafening chamber. All of the appliances are low grade and every single one of them is loud. I have all brand new appliances since I opted for an "upgraded" unit. I have cracked tiles in my bathroom that no one will address. The fan above my bed in the master bedroom emits a piercing humming sound when on the lowest setting which makes it impossible to sleep unless you turn the fan on high. I have been waiting over a week to have my front door lock fixed that is sticking, not allowing us to get in or out at times. God forbid there be a fire! I have also been having issues with my A/C unit. Someone put the A/C filter in upside down causing all of the dirt and dust that is supposed to be trapped by the filter to be emitted through the vents in my unit. Again no one responded until after 3 emails and repeated calls to the office. I do not consider having to waste my valuable time like this a "luxury". After owning my home for 15 years and worrying about repairs and maintenance I was looking forward to a little piece of mind knowing I could just call and someone would make any necessary repairs and/or address issues. This was a sad disappointment and I am truly disgusted that I pay $1400 a month of my hard earned money for not only the unit I reside in but all of the "amenities" that are included in that cost. I would not recommend this development for luxury living and look forward to moving out as soon as possible. No one deserves to experience this frustration.

For an upscale community, boasting on its sign that it is luxury living, it is far from the truth. From the management doctoring ac units, replacing torn up carpeting with used carpeting from other units, not properly cleaning carpets after sewage water floods it, and allowing tenants to keep trash on their patios, just to name a few. Their name being coquina cove suggests that they are a strong community with a solid management, and they are not. They charge the price that they do for rent, only because of the highly desired school district they are in. Don't be fooled, this is not the community to bring yourself into.
