The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Copper Square
My fiance and i were supposed to move in 2/12/19 and they have now changed our move in date again which make it the 3rd time and still have not allowed us to view the unit. And they are now arguing with my fiance saying that they never changed the move in date and saying the move in date was set for march 1st the wholr time but we have the lease saying the move in date was for February 12th.
I went in to the office excited to see this place, but was spoken to by marybella. My excitment quickly faded. I must say for such a new , high end complex the mood on that woman was awful! With the exception of suzie who helped me over the phone, this place already needs alot of management training. Im sorry, but when you are a manager you represent your company, she makes it look like the company doesnt care how you are treated! I wish i could review the manager herself, two thumbs down! But the complex looks amazing!
1st thing 1st . Lived there for a year, moved in right when they were built. I DID NOT RENEW MY LEASE . This place "HAD POTENTIAL" for the first 4 months after they opened. Nice set up but that's about it. The staff doesnt know what there doing. Every month was something else . We need this document , we need this form from your employer. We need this we need that. Like get it together ! Seemed to me there was ALWAYS a notice at the door wanting to come in and check everything. How is that suppose to make u feel at home ? As nice as the manager made it seem to be when signing the lease. Slowly these apartments just got plain Ghetto!! Seems like they got pretty desperate to fill in the apartments and started to let anybody live there . Pretty sad.Smoke free apartment? Nope as soon as u walk to the parking lot(anytime of day ) Strong smell of marijuana. Quiet time is 10p . Every night all u hear are kids/adults shouting and playing by the basketballcourt almost literally 1am!! You'd think they would be somewhat courteous to the neighbors ! Cops literally showed I'd say about 7 times in that year. Not only that but even a helicopter. And to mention I gave a 500 dollar sec. deposit . Left the apartment I'd say 8/10 . And ONLY got about $150 back . Overall very nice apartments but not worth it. Take your money somewhere else.
Ok so where do I start!? I showed up to tour apartment complex because I was interested in renting an apartment there. First off I was not so welcomed. I was not greeted with a smile. That wasn't so bad as I am only looking for a home not a friend. However Im finally seen after a quick discussion on rather Im a back up or not. That means they take your $35 for credit check, have several others they've also collected with pay. ( they say its incase the 1st app isn't approved) What? How many do they need before they take off internet? Ok so Im thinking Im about to tour this really nice apartment complex & all the amenities. No! Not @ ALL. I was taken to the back to view an apartment. THAT WAS IT! I saw online there was a pool/spa, play area, business room, game/pool room, but I just saw online. Needless to say I was pleased with the property but staff needs more training. Im also looking for another job. I just might apply for the unprofessional lady job who gave me my tour!
The front office workers ate rude an unprofessional, with the exception of Vanessa.
I was initially excited to move into this complex until they postponed my move in date not once, not twice, but 3 SEPARATE TIMES! I work full-time and do not have the leisure of taking time off to plan a move, only to have it continuously rescheduled. Hopefully this lack of planning and communication is not going to be a future reflection of the leasing staff.
They told me a move in date of June 5 then July 24 now they are telling me September due to construction. They shouldn't start accepting applications for certain dates if they are not sure of when you will be able to move in
