The staff here is friendly. I've lived here about 4 years and have no major complaints. I have had quiet neighbors. Occasionally, when I've needed maintenance service, it has been prompt. Copper Run is conveniently located to many businesses (grocery supermarket, department stores, fast-food, hardware, hair salon) which is a short walk/drive away. It's also a 5-minute walk to bus stops where I can use the toll-free bus system to access any part of Missoula. I've been content here and have no plans of moving.

Would definitely recommend Copper Run at Reserve. Management and staff always engaged with residents. Amenities and location are great for professionals and students. Pet friendly policy is best in Missoula. Great lease choices for short or long term apartment homes!
Very responsive and informative communication. Friendly service, easy to reach out with questions.
Copper Run at Reserve is a convenient location place to live and with a professional management/maintenance team to assist.
Close to all of your shopping needs, Copper Run offers great living spaces combined with great social spaces. Boasting its own pool, gym, and theatre, one can experience fun and convenience without going far. The apartments themselves are comfortable, and include many comforts to make you feel at home. The balconies provided allow relaxation, and the storage spaces combined with the washer and dryer create the appearance of a home, not just an apartment.
Its very clean and well maintained. A nice quiet place with little to no issues. Very dog friendly and easy to work with.
The office manager stayed a few minutes late when I was moving in (got into town a little late with my U-haul) and she noticed some issues with my paperwork and got it fixed straightaway. Go Rachel! Got moved in, and the apartment was spotless. The space is a good size, and has full linoleum floors, which is nice so I don’t have to worry about carpet stains. The pool and mailboxes are right across from me, and they even RECYCLE! Parking is not usually an issue, and neighbors are quiet. I appreciate the access to local shopping areas, and it’s usually not loud. Occasionally trucks drive by and I can hear them through the sliding glass door, but the apartments themselves are very quiet. There is always someone in the office (during the business hours) and they are prompt about answering phones and questions. They are very dedicated to their job!
Save your money and live anywhere else. For how much I paid to live here, it was horrible. First of all, when we moved in the apartment was filthy and had to be completely wiped down and cleaned before we could unpack. The sheet rock seam was exposed, showing the tape and chipped paint. We informed management and it was never fixed. We had a couple maintenance issues and used their website to request assistance. I never heard back until I talked to someone on the phone over a month later and they informed me that they don't have access to those maintenance requests. Don't bother leaving voice-mails with them because it will take them four days to call you back. When moving out, they told us they pay to have the carpets cleaned but I am getting money taken out of my deposit to clean a high traffic area that was dirty. Speaking of my deposit, I was told I needed to pay $700.00 to reserve my apartment. The security deposit is $500 so they keep the other $200 for "administration fees". I could go on forever about how much I dislike Copper Run. It was not worth the money at all!
Like living here. Very quiet and for the most part clean. Some people dont pick up after the pets they own so watch where you walk. Also if you have pets please keep them leashed. Most out here dont, and for some reason the office does nothing about it. Other then that we love it here. Love the pool and hot tub , the moive room is great. Rent is a little steep for the area in my opinion. Only here for 3 years then we move again so it may get better but a year and a half here and so far its been the same way sense day 1.
There are not a lot of rentals in Missoula for people with pets. Copper Run takes pets, but is over priced for what you get. It's nice having a pool, hot tub, workout room and theater. But I honestly never even use them. If you leave your car doors unlocked, your car WILL get broken into. Mine has been 3 times. You will hear all of your neighbors drama. You will probably have to ask the repairman to fix something more than one time. Typical apartment life I suppose. The staff are always friendly, however you will probably have to ask for things more than once. Get everything in writing. Overall, if you love your pet and you can't find anywhere else, you'll pay for one of these overpriced apartments. Atleast the location is great.
I think it is a great location to live, but they need to do a few improvements with the facilities, and lower the rents a bit, too much money for what they offer.
I rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 9 months during my last year of college. The location is great: close to 2 public bus routes, multiple stores, and a movie theater. The walls were a little thinner than I would have liked as I could hear pretty much everything that went on next door and also below us. The amenities were everything I could have hoped for. There was a washer and dryer in our unit and the complex has a swimming pool, hot tub, and workout room. Office staff were always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was mostly prompt, a few times it took a couple of tries, but they always got things fixed up right. As for overall value, I think the price was a little high (mostly compared to other apartment complexes in the area). I moved to a different place with the exact same apartment layout and amenities, but this new place is $200 cheaper each month. Copper Run, though is worth it for the location, especially if you are a college student (bus lines) or do not have a car (close proximity to all stores.
