Living at Copper Ridge is like living at a resort. The grounds are always well kept, the pool and gym are clean and made available. As a single woman having a gated community makes me feel safe to live alone.
It’s been pretty good for the most part. The lack of parking by my building is a bit of a pain though. Other than that the staff is great!!!

Love it here made the right choice by picking this place.. the neighborhood is awesome close lot of shopping centers and stores.. apartment is well kept.

Events are cute and staff is usually pretty good about sending out information. Don't love that the power goes out for a little bit, every once in a while. And I can count on maybe twice a month that my water is shutoff for building maintenance. Not blaming anyone but its pretty consistently shut off.

I’m very happy at Copper Ridge. The office staff always answer the phone, maintenance staff respond to work orders quickly, and I don’t hear my neighbors.

The apartments are roomy and well maintained by the staff. Everyone working here is courtesy and helpful. There are also plenty of free community events offered. Great place to live.

This is my 8th year as a resident of Copper Ridge, and I am very happy with the apartment's features, Also, I am pleased with the office and maintenance staff. Every work order was completed in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. The residents here are friendly and cooperative. The last few months have been great here at Copper Ridge, the pool is always perfect and the staff is always helpful. I really do enjoy having the food trucks, and the little events even if I don’t always get to go to them.

Up until this past labor day weekend, I would've given 4 or 5 stars. This last week, has been horrible for us. Toilet problems during labor day weekend and it was not resolved at all. I understand holiday weekends, but I do feel water leaks like that are a legit emergency that should be taken care of. It was not causing a horrible leak Wednesday morning at around 2AM. Carpets were soaked, We had to pull EVERYTHING out of our bedroom and closet. This was the worst thing ever. I still give a two star because I know they were doing what they could, but still. It was HORRIBLE on our end.

Don't rent here. Terrible experience these last few years. Roaches, trash as soon as you drive in. Horrible maintenance. No follow up.

I can't say enough good things about Copper Ridge Apartments. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location is ideal—close to everything while still feeling like a peaceful community. The amenities are a great bonus, and parking is always hassle-free. What truly sets this place apart is the community itself. My neighbors are friendly and lively, and I always feel safe and at home here. Very peaceful. Glad we chose copper ridge apartments. The apartment generally looks very well maintained though it has lots of units. One speciality of this apartment is though there are so many units and so many people staying, it does not feel noisy and crowded.

The staff is always welcoming. Free drinks inside the office. Wonderful saltwater pool with lots of places to sit or layout. Large trees throughout the complex providing shaded walkways.

So far I’ve had a great experience! I just moved in and it’s starting to feel like home! But I just wish there was more parking :( I love how so many things are next door! I do hate the traffic here and there but im still getting used to it.

Residents are smoking cigarettes, not picking up after their dogs (the poop bags haven’t been refilled in about 2-3 weeks as well), several cars that haven’t moved in a month or more.

I love it here, the community is absolutely friendly and amazing! I absolutely love the food trucks that come here, I think it's so convenient to have food trucks near your Apartment. it's such a quiet place to live at, the pool is also amazing and soothing especially on a hot summer day, or even a stressful one too! the people who work here is extremely friendly, they help us out with alot of stuff.

I’ve lived here almost ten months now and I have no complaints I rarely hear my neighbors, the maintenance staff is great (every work order was resolved same day!), and the leasing office staff has answered every question.

I have resided in many Apartment Communities over the past several years and I can say, for sure, that this one has certainly exceeded my expectations. The Office Staff are always pleased to assist in any way. The Assistant Manager, “Kena” is amazing, efficient, and delightful! She has gone ‘way beyond’ in helping me get situated here at Copper Ridge. The Community itself is clean, quiet and beautifully landscaped with lots of activities for those that wish to be involved. If you make the decision to call this Home, you will not be disappointed!

The property looks very nice from the outside. Maintenance and office has been great to work with and responds to needs promptly; however, although the property may be peaceful during the day, the evenings noise is just too much for me - in between the upstairs neighbors stomping and banging and the excessive noise from the nearby street -it is not exactly very pleasant. And the security gates seem to be open now all the time (again) and makes the property less desirable and an amenity which residents may be paying for but not receiving. Very disappointed with that.

Could be better. Needs some update amenities and another pool. Better parking options as well. It would be nice if the gate worked for an extended period of time. Also can we put a new broiler in the budget so there won't be constant water interruptions.

The management and maintenance staff are what make this property stellar. Everyone one of them is friendly and kind. I’ve had repeated medical issues where many were spent at the hospital and stays have been lengthy. They placed any packages that arrived while I wasn’t home, carefully inside my home. Not many apartment managers would do that.

Location is great and maintenance/office staff is great! Two things though: 1. Look into maybe getting one of those little library deals - would be great for the copper ridge community to donate/share books! 2. The constant hot water issues. I understand it's not necessarily under your control, but it's getting pretty annoying.

My experience at Copper Ridge has been pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful and the maintenance team responds quickly to concerns that arise. Every so often the office team lets us know about food trucks coming in, booths that will come for a shopping experience without having to leave the apartments, we have the sparkling pool,a private like gym, musicians that will perform at our pool, we can get free gift cards, we have spacious apartments, a free coffee bar access, and different things we can create depending on what the office is holding that month. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is when some of the things that are offered by the office are already gone if you work certain hours, like the tamales at Christmas or other things throughout the year. We have pest control people and there is supposedly trash valet. The trahs valet employees only choose to work a day here or there. The pesticide control do the most minimal to prevent pests. I am glad I have baking soda.

Overall I feel pretty safe here. My only complaints would be that the apartments are pretty outdated and certain buildings have plumbing issues. Other than that, it’s not too bad.
