I have resided in many Apartment Communities over the past several years and I can say, for sure, that this one has certainly exceeded my expectations. The Office Staff are always pleased to assist in any way. The Assistant Manager, “Kena” is amazing, efficient, and delightful! She has gone ‘way beyond’ in helping me get situated here at Copper Ridge. The Community itself is clean, quiet and beautifully landscaped with lots of activities for those that wish to be involved. If you make the decision to call this Home, you will not be disappointed!

The property looks very nice from the outside. Maintenance and office has been great to work with and responds to needs promptly; however, although the property may be peaceful during the day, the evenings noise is just too much for me - in between the upstairs neighbors stomping and banging and the excessive noise from the nearby street -it is not exactly very pleasant. And the security gates seem to be open now all the time (again) and makes the property less desirable and an amenity which residents may be paying for but not receiving. Very disappointed with that.

Could be better. Needs some update amenities and another pool. Better parking options as well. It would be nice if the gate worked for an extended period of time. Also can we put a new broiler in the budget so there won't be constant water interruptions.

The management and maintenance staff are what make this property stellar. Everyone one of them is friendly and kind. I’ve had repeated medical issues where many were spent at the hospital and stays have been lengthy. They placed any packages that arrived while I wasn’t home, carefully inside my home. Not many apartment managers would do that.

Location is great and maintenance/office staff is great! Two things though: 1. Look into maybe getting one of those little library deals - would be great for the copper ridge community to donate/share books! 2. The constant hot water issues. I understand it's not necessarily under your control, but it's getting pretty annoying.

My experience at Copper Ridge has been pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful and the maintenance team responds quickly to concerns that arise. Every so often the office team lets us know about food trucks coming in, booths that will come for a shopping experience without having to leave the apartments, we have the sparkling pool,a private like gym, musicians that will perform at our pool, we can get free gift cards, we have spacious apartments, a free coffee bar access, and different things we can create depending on what the office is holding that month. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is when some of the things that are offered by the office are already gone if you work certain hours, like the tamales at Christmas or other things throughout the year. We have pest control people and there is supposedly trash valet. The trahs valet employees only choose to work a day here or there. The pesticide control do the most minimal to prevent pests. I am glad I have baking soda.

Overall I feel pretty safe here. My only complaints would be that the apartments are pretty outdated and certain buildings have plumbing issues. Other than that, it’s not too bad.

It was a great experienced living in copper ridge would include a well-maintained unit and clean environment, prompt maintenance response, a friendly community with resident events, convenient amenities like a gym or pool, a safe and secure building, a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants, and a responsive and friendly management team that addresses concerns promptly.

Terrible apartment complex. You drive in and all you see is trash. Most days it's trash and discarded furniture. And now we have stray cats. There is always an issue with the plumbing. Either the water is off or there is no hot water. Never any parking. If you get home after 6pm good luck with finding a parking spot. The front gate never works. And good luck with your neighbors. My first floor neighbors barbq outside with loud their music on while they drink beer and my neighbors behind me have opened up a IMAX theater in their apartment. Not the best place to live on the Southside.

New neighbors upstairs have caused my peaceful environment to go downhill. Since they moved it has more often than not been unpleasant in our downstairs unit. Unfortunately they are not respectful or mindful of the tenants living below them (me! )

The staff here are what makes the property. Their kindness and helpfulness is above and beyond what other apartments do. The amenities here are also terrific. There is a beautiful pool area and great workout room. I highly recommend Copper Ridge Apartments.

This place is great and in a nice area. The staff is wonderful. They have fun community events and food trucks almost every week. We've been living here over 3 years for a reason. Come take a look!

I’ve been here a year, and everything is still great. Whenever there is a problem (and I’ve had very few), it is taken care of as quickly as possible. The office staff, maintenance crew, and emergency crew are all fantastic – knowledgeable, super-efficient, and they are lovely people as well.

Love the community! It’s so pretty and I feel safe here and walking around the apartments. The pool is so fun and I love the access to the laundry facilities and gym. The valet trash is nice as well. It’s a very clean facility. The maintenance is done SO fast and it’s very appreciated.

The Copper Ridge apartments are very spacious, the staff updates you, and you have access to food trucks. Sometimes musicians come to the complex and sing by the sparkling blue pool and we can win giftcards from the apartments from the comfort of our own home. We can share photos of our pets and residence while we have the option to feel the warmth of the sun sink into our skin. We have grills by the pool and access to complimentary drinks in the office.

I loved living here! The staff is kind and attentive and the maintenance guys are so friendly. The only thing I will say is although it's a nonsmoking property people will still smoke around the property so if you're sensitive just be aware!!

I have been at Copper Ridge for a few years and it has been great! The staff is great and welcoming. Maintenance team is awesome! They’ve attended to any issue I’ve had in a timely manner. The whole maintenance team is super friendly as well.

The living experience itself is great. It is quiet for the most part, my doggo and I love the walks- there is more greenery than I have seen at an apartment complex in a long while. Amenities are great, the office team is top tier, Kylie S. helped get me moved in and she's always so friendly when I see her. I love that she organizes events for the community Yay for National Beer and Pizza Day! (free pizza and beer!). I also love the social updates - like asking for donations for the recent hurricanes. The property is well maintained. Most of all, I like that it is centrally located.

Have not moved in but the process has been very smooth transiting into the new place. Will find out more in two weeks. I enjoyed the pleasant staff. The weight room is pretty top notch. The complex was very clean while I was being shown around. Looking forward to spending the next few seasons here.

Love this community as my first home for my little family. But I wished communication was a lot better on their part. And I’m kinda disappointed about the pest problem I have considering I don’t have any pets and clean everyday I would think I wouldn’t have a roach or flea problem, I strongly dislike how they insinuate that I’m the issue or down play this issue as well.
