On the first move in day the washer flooded the apartment. I called the office and the leasing staff were very helpful in getting the mess cleaned up quickly. I had furniture that was to be delivered, but due to the wet floors the delivery had to be rescheduled. The leasing staff stepped in and called the delivery people and the furniture store and negotiated the return the next day. This made me feel welcome in this community!

We have only been here a week, but have had a very good experience (with this one exception). Maintenance staff has, on every occasion, been very professional and provided immediate feedback. Office staff has otherwise been extraordinarily friendly and supportive. In this case someone either dropped the ball, or simply does not consider the issue to be important.

Copper Chase is a poor community to live in for what they charge in rent and how their property manager and staff treat you. I am so disappointed in my stay here at Copper Chase. I lived her for 4 years and up till this last year I loved it until dealing with property manager Debbie and a maintenance staff member on an accusation that was never proven and this is the reason that I am moving out. This is the worst renting experience I have ever had with the change of property managers and staff. Property manger Debbie is rude and will talk down to you. Copper Chase needs to realize there is so many other apartments around here and Copper Chase needs to treat their tenants better or no one is going to want to stay. Copper Chase was one of the BEST places I have rented when I first moved in back in 2019 and now because of change in property management and staff has become the WORST place that I have lived now in 2024. I would give a 0 if I could on a rating. Think twice before renting at Copper Chase.

They are always quick to respond to any issues I have, and I feel like the upkeep of the property is handled well. Also I never hear sounds from my neighbors. Also, so far they haven’t increased my rent when I renewed my lease which is important, I think this has been the perfect first apartment for after college.

If looking to rent, I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND Copper Chase. Very poor management and it is being poorly ran. I typically do not write reviews but after my most recent experience I would like to fair warn someone before renting at Copper Chase. I lived her for 4 years and the majority of it was great but with the new complex manager and change of staff it is going downhill.

I have had a very pleasant time here at Copper Chase at Stone Crossing. The overall move in prices was quick and smooth and everyone at the leasing office is super friendly. The neighborhood is so beautiful and tucked away so it allows a sense of privacy and peace. It’s always quiet here and the stairwells are well lit so you feel very safe. The apartments are well maintained and beautiful inside. The maintenance team responds quickly to any issue concerning the apartment. The views are beautiful and has the feeling of country living. The staff is amazing! The grounds, parking lot, apartment entrances etc are always clean and in top shape. Whenever I've had any problems someone is there that day or the next to take care of it. It's tucked back from the highway which makes traffic noise very low. I feel it's a very safe and comfortable place to live. Very thankful for all you / they do.

Read this before renting: cigarette odor bad, management doesn't care

This place smells like an ash tray and management doesn't care in the slightest. We have now lived here 7 months and the first day we got the keys to the apartment we returned to management that day to complain about the cigarette odor in our apartment. Now our contract said this was a smoke free community, this was a major part of our decision to move here as our baby was born this last year premature and came home on oxygen, and cigarette odor is disgusting. Sadly, while it may claim to be a smoke free community it is far from it. We have complained many times via email, phone, and in person and management has done little to nothing to help our case. When the case was escalated to regional management (after 7 months of pleading for help) the feedback we received was essentially that we should move. Doesn't seem fair that after 7 months of putting up with this odor, that management would tell us that if we don't like it we should go elsewhere. I would strongly urge anyone considering moving to copper chase to steer clear as well as all any other greystar community. They are poorly run and neither one cares about the tenants that in reality pay their salaries and feed their families. My hope is that this review will help you second guess your decision to move here and also to bring greater attention to management of the improvements they need to make.

I enjoy living at Copper Chase I have lived here for almost a year now. The grounds are always clean and the valet trash service is a plus. The office staff is pleasant and always willing to answer any questions you have. I was also able to save money by canceling my gym membership and working out in the fitness room. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex, Cons: my new neighbors are loud but living in a apartment complex sometimes that is something you expect. Hopefully they will be gone by next year . ??

I’ve had a positive experience so far at Copper Chase. The reviews gave me a scare initially, but one I visited the property my reservations went away. Community is very quiet. I haven’t had any issue with my internet. Parking can be a challenge sometimes, but not too bad. My apartment was spotless upon move-in. Adrienne is the sweetest !

Copper Chase is a wonderful apartment complex. The staff are absolutely amazing as well as the maintenance guys. Everything gets done in a timely manner. The only thing I wish was a little different was in the 2 bedroom we viewed it had a huge dining room, the 3 bedroom is not like that. I understand that the 3rd bedroom took up that space but I just with the dining and living room was separate instead of joined. So for any future renters of a 3 bedroom, you will not have the huge dining room. But all in all we love our apartment!!! I would definitely recommend Copper Chase!!

The office staff was extremely helpful in finding the appropriate apartment that met my needs at a good price. Also very professional and friendly assisting me with the application and items needed to get right in. Overall, the experience at a Copper Chase is lovely. Beautiful homes and area. The only thing that bothers me on the daily is the lack of parking in from off each building. The walk from wherever Im parked is often a very far distance from my door. It is super annoying.
