I love it here! The grounds and common areas are clean and well lit. I feel safe knowing the building is secured. The apartments are well insulated and quiet, with little noise transfer between shared walls/floors. Being on a bus line and within walking distance of so many amenities has made it easy to learn my way around the city.

These homes are just stunning. I love the layouts, the windows, and the storage space in all the homes I've toured. The maintenance and office staff are extremely attentive and always provide prompt responses which I've greatly appreciated.

This is a great place to live. Pet and family friendly! The staff go the extra mile, they have great amenities like a gym and wine cellar, and the apartments are laid out well and have ample natural light from the large windows. The appliances are up to date (love the gas stoves!!) and repairs are always made in a timely manner.

After a long drive from another state and running late, Lauren stayed to make sure I moved in after hours and still explained everything to me in detail. I have really enjoyed moving to Spokane. I have been here for 2 months and Cooper George apartments has really made my life easier. I feel comfortable living here and I am enjoying the luxury lifestyle and environment here. The welcome packet was very helpful and I love everything about my apartment. I love that there is a restaurant downstairs and a rooftop lounge. The only thing that would make this place perfect to me is if they had a swimming pool.

I am a current resident in the property. My first year living here was amazing - the staff were incredibly helpful and all service request were completed timely. Things have drastically changed. I have to submit documents numerous time, send emails/call/email/and stop by the office to get anything done, and still have service requests that have not been done but have been closed out by staff. The building is not kept up and the staff and uninterested in helping the tenants. I am not renewing my lease and very thankful that I will not longer have to deal with this complex. I would really consider your options before moving in and paying this high of rent.

We currently don't have any unanswered emails in our inbox and don't have any record of missed calls that have yet to be addressed. We are unsure of what documents you are referring to that you have been attempting to submit. We only collect documentation through the application process in which has been completed on your end so at this time, we do not require any additional documentation from your residence. Our leasing professional is always by our phone to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Occausionally, we are pulled away from the phones to complete other tasks and projects for our community but always reach back out when we are able to. For work order requests, we keep on file what maintenance completed in the home before closing out any work order requests and our tenants receive an email with detailed maintenance completion notes for each closed out service request. If a problem has re-occured that was listed on a prior work order, please re-submit another request so we are able to get this remedied for you immediately. When you get the chance, please contact our office at 509-550-7647 so we can further discuss your concerns as we would love to make things right! -Cooper George

I'm having a mixed experience at the Cooper George. On one hand, this is my home and I have peace, contentment and positive experiences where I live (also which is conveniently-located for me and my children), yet on the other hand there have been a few unfortunate recent experiences related to the leadership/administration/company and their processes. I am hopeful that they can improve.

The apartments are nice and spacious but the downfall is having to walk through the halls and use the two filthy elevators to get there. It’s a pet friendly community but they refuse to maintain it as if pets live there. Not cleaning the fur off common areas, not cleaning accidents from untrained pets, not cleaning the pet area outside either.

I absolutely love it here. The living quarters are quiet and your neighbors are generally respectful of others (i.e. interior noise level, door slamming, late night returns). I always recommend anyone looking for a place to try Cooper George Apartments. The units are nice, the staff is kind, the maintence is efficient and the amenities (i.e. gym, common kitchen area, common lounge area) are bonus features worth considering.

The Cooper George Apartments is the BEST place to live in Spokane. Located in South Downtown area that had amazing views, city lights, and great community living. Wether your looking for short-term or long-term living...CG has something for you. From nearby restaurants, to rooftop access for BBQs, to the new wine cellar bar room, to pumping some weights in the gym...there is always something for everyone. CG is definitely the right place to call home.

Maintenance is amazing and will contact you within the hour when a maintenance request has been put in. Management is very friendly. We've lived here for 2 1/2 years now, and it has gone down hill with the people that live here. They never pick up after their pets, a lot are very dirty and it's obvious they are on drugs and let people into the building late at night, parking their 3 cars in the front of the building and bringing in mass amount of things every night in shopping carts up to their room. Security needs to be on site and not just showing up at 10pm.

We have lived at Cooper George for 2.5 years now and love our apartment and living in the downtown area where we can walk anywhere. However, the new rental prices now are shockingly high and have made us re-think signing our lease next time. Staff are very nice and willing to help out with any questions we have. Super dog friendly which we love.

I had a rough time moving to Spokane and wasn’t able to move in to the apartment I anticipated. I went to a viewing at Cooper George and I immediately felt at home. Josh and Casey were nothing but amazing! They get my paperwork going immediately and I signed a lease that same day. They are on top of EVERYTHING. I’ve only lived here a short time, but I’m looking forward to staying here for awhile. I truly love the management and staff that Greystar provides. You guys are amazing

I was new to Spokane before renting here. I didnt spend a lot of time looking. I saw the building on a web search (sorry, cant remember which), the description of its management and amenities, and I just knew this was the place. Have not regretted it for a second.

Great apartment that is pet friendly however, the amount of rent does not equal the value received for living here. This is all probably driven by COVID but there can still be ways to offset the amenities. Use the money you would spend on kitchen snacks, etc. and find a way to give back to the people that live here. Going that extra mile would have me recommending this place to everyone.

Cooper George is a great place to live, providing never ending things to do in a perfect location. It's located in an area that isn't surrounded by busy streets, and is in walking distance to so many areas in Spokane. The staff are always willing to help when there's a problem, and maintenance gets things done in a timely fashion. Cooper George is 100% dog friendly, and supports pet rescues which is a great addition to the living experience. First apartment that I've lived in where I don't want to move out of, with a super quiet atmosphere and fun community interactions.
