Cooper Cove Apartments

Lubbock has numerous places being built where you could stay, but you can truly live at Cooper Cove. The apartments are spacious and comfortable for a relatively good price. You will be less than 3 minutes from a large shopping center including HEB and can easily access the high way. This complex is clean, quite, and has amazing amenities! (also, maintenance is very responsive when something needs to be fixed).

I moved in in September of 2023. The property is well kept and looks nice. The management team is always there to help and always have a smile when you come in for whatever reason. The maintenance team works hard to take care of issues whenever they arise.

I've lived here almost a year and a half. I moved in to finish school and I have enjoyed it so much that I renewed after graduation. Donna, Nayeli and Maricarmen are always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast and never leaves a mess. These are the only apartments I have lived in that actually hire a company to clean the mess the pigeons make. If you have ever lived anywhere with pigeons then you know why I appreciate this. One place I lived simply said there was nothing they could do about it. It isn't uncommon to see Donna walking around the property picking up trash or watering plants at the pool. You can definitely tell the staff takes pride in the property. My friends always compliment me on my apartment. Especially the pool!

I lived at Cooper Cove for two years in a one bed, one bath. By far the best quality, no unexpected surprises with rent increases or bills. Rare with an apartment complex, maintenance was timely and consistent. If there was any delay of any sort the apartment would contact you day of and communicate why. The management staff is honest and attentive. Move in and move out were smooth because of this. They were always willing to answer questions honestly and timely, if you call you won't be stuck talking to a robot, you will get to speak with management and get answers. Overall, best apartment experience I have had. I was able to recommend two friends to live here, and highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a financially feasible and safe place to live!

The staff members are fantastic! My daughter was in a bind and Nayeli did everything to get the apartment ready for move in the next business day. Donna was there Monday to give keys and to make sure all went smoothly. She was also resourceful and gave suggestions to help in my daughter’s, “bind,” that turned out very positive! The apartment itself was clean and very nice. When there was a problem with water, the maintenance staff responded immediately and took care of the issue properly. They have been very responsive and take care of their property which is huge!! Overall this staff and the property have been amazing!! A+++

There are roaches, management is aware. They routinely spray for them but if you know anything about them or do your research you know its awful and the never really go away. You just see dead ones more frequently. Since I can't get out lease I will document and post pictures for educational purposes

By far the best apartments I have ever lived in , Celeste the property manager is awesome gave me the opportunity to make this place my home . it’s so well kept here I don’t ever have any complaints about noisy people or pets or anything tons of other apartments tend to have issues with . Celest and Naellie keep everything in order and I’m thankful to be a copper cove resident

Disclaimer: We we entered into a contest for positive reviews. HOWEVER, I would've rated these apartments a 5/5 anyways. About to reach 4 years living here and I couldn't ask for more. Apartments are well taken care of, staff is quick to respond and helpful, and the pool is excellent. Only thing is on the website it says we have a "heated pool". I was told that wasn't the case anymore last April and I could feel that this summer. This is a small con for the benefits though, not enough to knock them down to 4/5. Also the area around here is expanding fast (in a good way). Chipotle, HEB, Starbucks, and soon a gas station. All things I didn't have when I moved in, so the area keeps getting better and better.

This place is just ... okay. Nothing great. Have brought it up several times, but management won't even attempt to address neighbor noise concerns. I think it's overpriced for what it is, and I will not be renewing my lease. That said, if you can get a single level apartment, you'll probably have a better experience at Cooper Cove.

The staff is super helpful and has always been available when I have a concern. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the complex itself is nice and taken care of. My apartment is nice and spacious for a one bedroom and have never had any issues.

Cooper cover is a nice quiet place to live! It has great amenities and has everything you need around it. -Kaitlen

Made noise complains several times to office - they won’t even mention it to neighbors on a casual level. Apartment noise is unavoidable, but the noise above us is astronomical like a kid banging a basketball with loud music playing (and I’m almost deaf). You will find better places easily. Can’t wait to leave.

I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough, the staff is super friendly and accommodating! I love the neighborhood it is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

I have Lived here for 4 years! I have never had any complaints living here it’s very nice and quiet and the maintenance service is always top notch and fast as well! They are very nice apartments and they are located near many shopping centers as well as Walmart and United Supermarkets and they are also close to the Lubbock Cooper School District for the Kids attending school! I’ve never had any complaints living here and I’d recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to Live! -Vinny Espinoza-

Cooper Cove is a great place to live and everything you need is nearby. Also, the Cooper Drive-In is just across the way.

Moved here from Houston and its a peaceful community. Nice pool and a good neighborhood nearby. I love living here. -Mitch

When we moved in, they were so helpful and accommodating. And when there were problems with our apartment, they came and helped the same day. They have always been so sweet and kind and helpful towards us and we have really enjoyed staying here!

This apartment complex is by far the best in lubbock all the workers are so nice and all the people living here are nice and quiet Ive had no issues what so ever and any issue i have with my apartment maintenance wise has been taken care of in such a timely manner

I'm going on 5 years at this complex. Overall compared to other complexes it's been great. There was a moment or two that there was a concern with the office and maintenance, but corporate was quick to react and correct those concerns. It's a wonderful location since so much building is taking place around the complex of new businesses. The complex has wonderful amenities for the tenants to use. The personnel in the office is always welcoming and to address my apartment concerns. Respectfully, Michael Puentes

I moved into these apartments in December 2023 and it went so smoothy. The apartments are roomy and the office has been great with any questions. Definitely plan to live here longer than a year.

Lived here for two years and was very happy to see that they are an apartment that waives pent rent for emotional support animals. Loved living here for the two years have been here. Amazing property

I have resided at Cooper Cove for 2 years now, Management has always been professional and timely concerning any matter. I have rarely complained about any issues and feel this is a great place to live. They address the cleanliness and appearance of their grounds which is important to me seeing that I choose to live in an area that is well kept. I have had great neighbors and feel this is a safe place to live. If you are looking for an area where you wish to party and carry on, this may not be your choice of residence but if you are looking for a more peaceful atmosphere this is highly recommended.

Best property management! They are quick to help me!

Looks nice on the outside. But once you move in, management is terrible, walls are thin, quality is low. Extremely overpriced for what it is - you can easily find better value elsewhere in the area.

Trying to communicate with the property manager is impossible. Office is hardly ever open, no one is ever around, and emails go days with out responding. Absolute circus.

Used to really enjoy living here for the past couple years, however, the new Property Manager that is currently working here is the complete worst. She takes forever to respond to any emails or request and then just gives you a complete run around and does not actually solve any issues at hand. Also, the property itself has gone from extremely nice and maintained to now looking like it has been abandoned for years. Really regret resigning my lease and def already counting the days to move out. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I have been here for 6 months and love it. The management is always friendly. Maintenance is always friendly. I never hear my neighbors. It’s a nice, quiet community. Very pet friendly (just wish everyone would pick up after their pets). Just wish they had more covered parking closer to my building.
