These apartments look nice at first, but the walls are paper thin, offering zero privacy. You can hear everything from your neighbors, and the building feels cheaply made. Tile and caulking work are uneven, the dishwasher grows mold, and the bathroom fan connects to other units, letting in their smells. Floors stay dirty no matter how much you clean, and parking spaces are too tight. Definitely not luxury living.

This place is not luxury living, no matter how it’s advertised. The front office and community spaces may look nice, but that’s where the investment stops. The apartments themselves were hastily built with very thin walls — you’ll hear everything from your neighbors as if they’re in the same room, which means zero privacy. The tile work in the kitchen and bathroom is uneven, and the caulking constantly comes out, leaving room for mold to grow. The dishwasher stays moldy and smells terrible no matter how much it’s cleaned. The bathroom exhaust fan is connected to other units, so you smell whatever’s happening in someone else’s apartment. The parking spaces are extremely narrow, sometimes impossible to use even with a small car. The cement floors are unfinished, so they stay dirty no matter how much you clean. The “wood” ceilings have black mold and broken pieces hanging down. Headlights from the parking lot shine directly into the unit, and with walls this thin, it feels like your neighbors are your roommates. You can hear every conversation, which makes it hard to relax or enjoy your own home. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
