I have lived here nearly 2 years and am very satisfied. Alysia the manger is so kind and really cares about the needs of the residents. Dave is on top of maintenance and our new Karen(Kee) activity person is getting up engaged in lots of activities.

There are bedbugs in several apartments and the manager would not treat consistently for them. As of today they are spraying but it is already out of control. No one attends the activities planned because most of the time the activities coord doesn’t them. People got tired of arriving for crafts but there was no craft. The manager, assistant and activities coord tend to sit in the office with the door shut most the day. They do come out for very long lunches, late most dats and leave early. There is only one man who is expected to keep the entire property clean and do all the maintenance; he can’t keep up. They need one less person in the office and one more in maintenance. More than once emergency services couldn’t get to a resident because there was no key in the keybox and the fire alarms or elevator are broken. They will lie to future residents about amenities and all the “activities”. No one attends because no one likes the activity coord. Manager did get fired last week but that is the 10th one in 4 years most residents are planning to leave when their leas is up.
