If I could give this place less than one star I would. Don’t move here. It’s so over priced and the management company is absolutely horrible. None of my appliances work in my apartment and they don’t do anything about it at all. They don’t replace them and they put minimal effort forth into trying to fix them. They just don’t care. For the amount of rent they charge is nerve considering the condition this place is in management wise and the condition of the apartments. They are old and out dated, the pool is always filthy and in need of being cleaned. The garage is not safe people are driving 40mph through the garage at any given time. There are constantly break ins into the garage into cars, the ground are not safe or secure and again management does nothing to change or fix it. The office manager doesn’t even want to be bothered dealing with resident issues, they don’t even put you on the phone with her or allow you to speak to her in person they push you off to the front desk for whatever problem you’re having. Do yourself a favor and for the rent you’ll pay go down the block to Auora. I’m subject to a $300 increase when my lease it up and no shot in hell I’m paying that to stay in this dump. Really going downhill fast

Amazing place to live and super peaceful. Not too much noise, great access to everything around and the staff are so kind. Denise definitely helped us out in getting into a great apartment and the process was super easy. Overall, definitely recommend if you are looking for an apartment.

It is like a resort..The addition of the pickleball court has me in heaven...The pool is amazing, the property is beautiful...New grilles and shout out to the maintenance staff for always being on point..My washer was acting funky and they came and gave me a new one!!! Super dog friendly and the residents are all super chill..Dee gave us a tour before we moved in and sold us on the complex...When staff lives in the building they work for, count me in!!! We had 3 properties to tour that day with Congress grove being the first...We signed the lease after the tour and still had the rest of the day to grab lunch and celebrate our new home...Shout out to you Dee!!!

I have lived at Congress Grove for over seven years. That said this NOW management company has been the best one since I have lived here. The improvements they have done around the property whether it’s outside or inside has far surpassed any previous management company. Thank for all if that. I feel safe living here. I love living here! ?? Just renewed my lease with the very thoughtful assistance of Denise. Going on year 9 and I have definitely noticed an improvement over the years with each changeover of management teams. This current team led by Kelly is awesome… The entire team are all so genuinely warm and friendly. We receive regular communications and reminders regarding current events and necessary scheduled maintenance service, great with accommodating residents’ needs, great overall maintenance of entire complex and quick response to servicing individual apartments. And the apartments are so comfortable and beautiful. I’m lucky to have a nice pool view and love spending time on my balcony. Even the social aspects of living here have gotten better. Lots of fun socials… Mojitos by the beautiful pool area, wine and cheese socials in our resident lounge, lessons on our new pickle-ball court and fun food truck visits. I also love the pet friendly aspect since I have a little Shih Tzu… She loves the dog park and also loves stopping by the office as often as possible just to say hi and get a yummy treat.

Congress Grove is the best apartment I have lived in between WPB and Pompano and I've seen a lot of communities. My dog loves the dog park which is the cleanest and biggest I have seen compared to other communities.T here is much space inside the apartments and walking around the complex. The courtyards are beautiful. Staff is always so friendly and I love the events that they throw - always so much fun. Also the complex location is great which is right of 95 and everything you need is within 10 minutes of driving. Denise moved me in and she was amazing. Didn't have to worry about anything, was a smooth process.

I’ve lived here for about 4 years and can absolutely say I love this place! It’s very calm, clean, up to date. Love the parking garage. Denice in the front office is very sweet and always helps with a requests/needs I have. Highly recommend this complex!

There was a shooting in the garage. We called the office and they said the person was fine, meanwhile they were in critical condition. I lived here in 2017 and came back in 2020-2022. This place used to be what I dreamed about. Now I regret ever signing the lease. I have asked multiple times about a noise complaint but the office has come to the conclusion that they will not take action and I have to pay money to move or live with the noise. The hallways constantly smell like weed. The pool is always closed due to “maintenance”. They will sticker your car if you don’t have a permit but let other cars with no permit stay in the garage for a year without moving???? They don’t take care of the grass it gets overgrown and then looks horrible. Please look else where if you want a place to live. This is not it anymore. I think this all happened with the new management. They will respond and justify their actions but please understand I don’t like writing this. I don’t like complaining, I don’t think I’ve done a post like this but I have to let others know because I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Staff is not very friendly, appliances are bad quality, my patio door locked me inside my apartment 3 times. Not much privacy noisy area parking garage is not safe. There have been attacks there.
I love Alta Congress. Ive been here 6 years, time flies! Its conveniently located close by I95 and The Ave downtown. Its well-maintained for the most part and the pool area is quite nice. I love the lounge although I miss the coffee service. The apartments are nicely finished with granite and nice appliances. Maintenance does a great job servicing our needs and Kerrie is a very warm and friendly director who I can see has a good heart and cares about everyone. Shes so sweet with my doggie!

The Alta Congress community is the best you could find for dog friendly residents and their pets. There is a nice green area to take your pet to,..a courtyard if you will. Also there is a dog park fenced and safe for your furry friend.

I say this every time it seems like a small thing but it has a huge effect on my quality of life. Please send random people to find my apartment even with directions. Maybe 1 in 10 can do it the first time. You need to put better sign so people know where to park what to wear to go in and how to get there.

Also my movers kept complaining because they had to keep calling to get in the elevator They kept asking me to give them the FOB and I refused

We understand that your movers were frustrated as we advised you as well as the movers that they could not prop the elevator door open as it would damage the elevator and be difficult for other residents to use. We expressed this to you prior to your move in and regret that your move in day experience was not what you expected. Alta Congress is a hidden secret, the curb appeal does not do it justice.The view from Congress does show the beauty, but when you enter the leasing office and the courtyard you are blown away. When you see an actual apartment you're even more excited but the best feature is the parking garage! Here in FL where it rains at the drop of a hat, it's nice to have your car protected by a secure gated garage. Alta Congress is a great place to live.

Ive been living at Alta Congress for about 6 years now and love most everything about it here. The apartments are appointed with quality finishes and appliances; the beautiful pool, fitness room and resident lounge are well maintained and the 4 story garage parking is a nice plus for our cars. Especially during Hurricane Season! Its peaceful here, neighbors are friendly and it is conveniently located by I95 and The Ave.

Alta Congress is a beautifully maintained community in a very convenient location in Delray Beach. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities such as the pool and the workout area are excellent. Moreover, the staff is the best.

I moved in ~1 month ago and have had a very pleasant experience. My only complaint, which only happens now and then, is that the trash chute is stuffed to the brim with garbage. Management is very pleasant and everyone has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend Alta Congress to friends & family.

It's been a great place to live the past few years. It's in an ideal spot for my long commute, feels safe during hurricane seasonal, and the pool and gym are a welcome reprieve at days end. My wife and I are very glad to have picked to stay here.

It was overall pretty mediocre for the price. Wouldve resigned but we wanted to downsize because I was heavily impacted by covid. To downsize you have to do another non refundable 500 pet fee for a dog who lives on campus already.

I'm very happy with every aspect of Alta Congress except one thing. I would be thrilled if they sold their units as well as rent them because I would buy the unit I'm in immediately and I know several other people that would do the same.
