I currently work at DTW airport just down the road. Concorde Club Apartments has a fantastic location for getting to the airport or highways. The management/maintenance team is always responsive and cares a lot about the community. In my complex I have never had any issues with noise or neighbors. So far everyone I have met keeps to themselves or is very kind. If you’re looking for a spot to rent that has a great location and a reliable staff I would give these Apartments a chance.

I wouldn’t move here. The appearance will get your attention up until you move in. This definitely was a learning experience for me. Never move into a place that you never got a chance to look over up until 2 days before move in.

I recommend that you save your money and go somewhere else if you have a maintenance they will never fix it I didn’t listen to the reviews and now I’m paying for it I haven’t had heat since February when I moved in

We love it here the staff and community are really great! But repairs and communication on when they will be done are the only thing that need big improvement. If that was up to par I would rate living here 120% happy!

My experience here so far is not the best I got a fixer upper apartment Things been leaking in my unit and I put in a few work orders. Because things were not getting fix correctly. Also since I moved in the stairwells that leads to your apartment smells like someone Urine under the stairwell. Its a very unpleasant smell when its a really hot day. Which during these times things should be Sanitary.

Concorde Club is wonderful community. The Management and Maintenance team are exceptional. They work together to make the living experience here a very positive one. Concorde is a great place to stay, especially for first time renters, and the placement to ensure Amazon workers are never late is probably the best decision youd ever make. Maintenance usually fixes things I request within 24-48 hours and they do their jobs to perfection. I highly recommend you move in here.
I've left very positive 5 star reviews before, but this one is not so much. Management has changed. Communication is a struggle, and heat for my building works maybe 50% of the time. Maybe less. Maintainance and their contractors are sometimes not on the same page. I'm hoping improvements are made soon. Until then, I wouldn't recommend. Especially not during the winter months.
My name is Cassandra, I've been living here two months now. Since the first day I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and excitement. I like this compex. Close to the airport (important as I'm a FA), clean, and friendly neighbors. But what ultimately sold me was the management. I was bouncing around on where I wanted to move, and the minute I walked into the office I felt like I was home. Dominique is exremely kind and generous, I knew that if there was an issue I could reach out and be heard. The management here is supportive and available, which I believe is essential to a decision on where you're going to live. Also, there's a wonderful supply and heavy pressure of hot water (worth investing into a nice shower head too)- so if you love taking baths or long showers, this is icing on the cake. My name is Adessa Riley and I've been living here for 15 years. Years after receiving new management after management, Concorde still provides and they are super helpful. The area is well maintained and up to date. The rooms are spacious and its close to metro Detroit, where you can tour the city. If you want a nice quiet space, Concorde is the way to go.
I love my apartment. It is big and spacious for a one bedroom. The community is a good one...close to my job and quiet for the most part. The leasing office has wonderful, nice and understanding ladies that are always available for anything.
The Concorde Club apartments are very clean. Prices are reasonable. The Attendants in the leasing office are very friendly, and always welcome you with a warm smile and opened arms. I am a happy and proud resident.
I love my apartment, the community is in, it's very peaceful, close to my job, and in the city I was raised in. I love the outlay of my apartment it's nice and spacious,and the leasing office has wonderful people working in there. There nice, understanding, and love the residents.

I went there to see about a two bedroom apartment. The ladies in the office were very friendly and informative. They gave me tons of info and answered all my questions. I had s chance to speak with another resident as well who happened to come into the office when I was there. She seemed very happy with her service there as well. I would definitely recommend anyone looking in the Romulus area to check them out if they're looking for an apartment.
I have lived here for over 5 years with no problems. If there is a problem they get it fixed in a timely manner.
I have live at concord club apts. for almost 11 years. When I first moved here there where a lot of problems, when this new company took over they made some major changes. they clean out all of the problems, brought in new staff. put on new roofs repave the parking lots the grass is kept cut the staff checks the ground every day. the work orders are did in a timely manner the pool is kept clean. we are five mins. from the airport and the freeway I love living here you can sit on your porch at nite and be safe I would recommend concord club to anybody who wants a safe and clean place to live that is worry free

My apartment is GREAT!!!! I been here for 6years and I love it!!!! I pay my rent every month and on time.
