With bad weather we still got a ceiling over our head because it has been storming! the lights always go out though! I know its not the apartments fault though
Pests are going to be anywhere in Georgia . I still have not appreciated dealing with them. Multi-family living is louder than a single family home. However, some months have been egregious with loud music starting at 11pm and going until 2am consistently for weeks. Sometimes it’s even the same song on repeat. I still can’t listen to Beyoncé‘s Halo. The daily honking when 3 different people arrive to pick someone up is maddening. Maybe I just don’t have the most considerate neighbors. However, my maintenance requests are almost always promptly handled with a smile. The complex is as clean as the office can reasonably manage, without reorganizing the dumpster for people why make it a mess. The Office even has cute little events for the kids and others who would like to join. I do feel like they put some effort into making it a community here. Despite some mold, inconsiderate neighbors, and pests from an old 70s building, I’ve mostly enjoyed my stay here.
When i first tried to get the apartment it was super easy to get in and everyone in the office are so nice! Ive been here 2 years now its quiet and all the residents are really nice and keep to themselves. If you want to take a walk its very close to stores and trails.

4 months here and everything has been smooth for the most part. Only real complaints I could give is the loud music and the hot water. Otherwise I’m quite comfortable.
The community is quiet and I have good neighbors the office management is great I just feel maintenance could be a little better. The property is well maintained overall I like living in Concord Chase.
The apartments are ok but can use a lot of remodeling and upgrading within the inside, the insulation can be way better due to the fact of these cold days and it feels like a freezer inside my apartment with all the air seeking in.
The office staff is absolutely amazing. Very nice and professional. As long as you communicate with them, they are willing to help when they can.
I enjoy staying here. Management is really nice. My apartment is really nice and my neighbors are friendly and to themselves. The grounds are kept clean.
I want to start by noting that the claims of having a pool and fitness center are dishonest. They have a room with two stationary bikes and a treadmill, but residents aren't allowed in. They have a hole in the ground that could hold enough water to swim in, but they never filled it with water. So it's not a pool, it's just a hole filled with stagnant rain water. Well, a hole and a metaphor. They're also gaming the review system. They request reviews from residents on their own portal, and then send the positive ones to this site, but not the accurate, negative ones. The current review score is artificially inflated, and even then it's a bad score. The actual apartments are poorly constructed of cheap materials. It's so cheap the bathtub isn't waterproof and the closet doors simply fall off without anyone touching them. The floor is warped and you can feel a breeze through the doors and windows. Maintenance is rarely performed, and never performed correctly. Repairs require submitting the same request repeatedly for months, and even then are usually ignored. Repair requests I submitted the same day I moved in still haven't been addressed years later. If you mention this, they simply deny that the request even exists. One or two of the repairmen actually do their jobs, but that's not enough people to address this level of blight. The office staff are lazy, rude, dishonest, and incompetent. Even worse, they're condescending and blame residents for their own failures. I had to send the same paperwork to every person in the office multiple times because they kept losing it. Recently, some staff members told me that I should move out because I own too many books. That actually happened. I couldn't make that up if I tried, because I couldn't conceive of something that stupid. Employees told me I shouldn't live there, and the reason was that I own too many books. Apparently calling the staff incompetent was a compliment, they actively despise tenants and want them to leave. Though I do concede their point, I shouldn't live here. No one should live here!
I love living in this apartment complex very peaceful and the neighbors are so nice and respectful. Would recommend others to come here and experience it.
Nothing short of amazing. Expecting my 3rd child and we are now on our 3rd lease. Been an absolute pleasure and blessing to be able to safely raise my family here. Maintenence always nice and never creepy to where my family is uncomfortable. Sadly the water being shut on and off randomly throughout the weekend is very frustrating
I have been living in this apartment complex for seven years so far things are ok I fill that maintenance can do a better job when it comes to fixing things

Enjoy living here. The parking can be tight , especially on the weekends where I am. Many will park behind other cars or park on the grass. Other than that, it’s a decent place to live.
I enjoy my apartment. My neighbors are nice. There’s really noise in my area. The office management team are cool. The maintenance team are nice.
So far, we're loving it at Concord Chase. We moved from a lousy, noisy two-bedroom apartment to a spacious four-bedroom place for the same price. We were a little scared after reading the other reviews, but we're glad we decided to see for ourselves. The renting process was longer than we'd hoped, but that was because the management of our previous residence was being rude to Concord Chase. My husband and kids love it here, and I'm so glad we made the move.
Love this place, especially now with the new property upgrades. And the wonderful office staff. If you put in a maintenance request they come fast and get the job done. No complaints here.

Great place to live in, just don't like we pay rent and we don't receive any upgrades in the apartments. And the pool has been not been in use since the pendamic

I like living here due to the neighbors and cleanliness, property upkeep. I hate how high the prices are but that seems to be everywhere now a days.
The neighborhood has been quiet for like 2 years, however I've lived here for 3 years going on 4 and management has yet to fix up the pool, let anyone in the micro gym, offer to do a deep clean my carpet, offered to paint my walls or do any maintenance to the appliances. However they are quick to ask for the rent and harass anyone that does not pay exactly on the 1st when er have 5 grace days. I have lived here all these years it's obvious that with pets and children the blinds are not gonna be intact but they still ask you to pay to replace them, it's been a month since I've paid them for them new blinds and I have no new blinds.
Whenever something need service it's taking months to repair it other then that everything is great. I don't have anything to say other then that.
The apartment needs a lot of work since we moved in but the maintenance guys are really good and nice. I do love the leasing office ladies as well
They are making a great afford at staying on top of maintenance and renovating the neighborhood. Good price for the area and neighborhood can't really beat it. Just wish the park and pool was open and better.
The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. I also like its location and its community, very silent and quiet, perfect for resting.
I like the community and the location. It's quiet at night. Cabinets and appliances need to be replaced. Roaches are also a problem. Maintenance responds promptly to calls.
Concord chase is cool. I've been here for a long time so I've seen change at every level. Things are a lot better than before management is definitely making improvements.
Lived in the same apartment 7 years. Neighbors have been really nice, my kids have made a lot of friends. Rent goes up every year and every year I ask for new carpet it keeps getting denied.

When I first moved here I started loving it and then when I moved into a bigger unit I loved it even more. The staff is so sweet also and makes sure things get done when you put in the request so im glad to be a concord chase member.
We have been staying here for almost 2 years now and everything has been phenomenal. We are pretty blessed to be able to raise our family here. Any maintenence problem is usually taken care of rather quickly, it's pretty amazing.
Always on time with maintenance request never put on hold or speak to a machine really friendly people all the time no problem with staff know them by name
I love staying here, you actually get to see where the money you pay in rent is going. New painted buildings fresh paved lots. Anything you ask of the office they make sure to get the job done. It is a great place to live. I plan on being here for years its quiet not break ins no pest issues. A GREAT place to call HOME.

Well it has been a rollercoaster. The manager of property has done everything I've asked for mostly. I know she has a stressful job so I try to respect that. I hope t sign another lease. I just hope the rent does not increase because it stands at a very high cost.
The apartments are ok but just need more lighting outside when it’s dark out, the pool needs to open, and the rent needs to be more affordable
The Leasing agent at the concord chase Wendolyn is always informative, courteous, respectful and pleasant. She gives great direction on the way you should go. She is very helpful. The maintenance here is very good. They follow up quickly and get what you need done quickly. Management is very good. They actually take care of you. I do like living here. Concord chase is a good community to live. I highly recommend living here And the property manager Ms.Daisy is wonderful too. Very respectful and very helpful and get stuff done right
