DO NOT Move Here!! I had black mold twice in my apartment. The first time Management sprayed Clorox; the second time management did nothing. My emphysema got really bad. The hallway was being repaired (molding removed, nails and wires protruding from walls,) when I moved in. After a year management finally repaired and plastered walls. It is still in need of paint as of today. Several small dogs and people attacked by numerous pit bulls in complex. Lights in parking lots, stairwells and sidewalks not working for months on end. If your patio faces the pool........let’s just say pool hours not enforced.

Be careful when you move to this place. The staffs are not honest after you moved out and close the contract they charge you more money. After 8 months moved out they send me a letter that I have to pay for a new stuff. They lost the move in form where I checked mark the stuff was damage. They do not care they want to steal and take your money. Be careful do not move to this place.
Do not rent here! They will keep your security deposit for no other reason than a dirty microwave. The office staff is incompetent, the office girl Karin threatened me that if i didn't accept the deduction to my security deposit, they would withhold more money! In addition to withholding the $500 nonrefundable "redecoration fee." they withheld another $200 to clean the appliances. Outrageous! The office staff are rude, they never answer the phone, everyone gives you different answers. The manager Pierre explained how to clean my apartment to get a full refund on my security deposit, but then withheld extra money anyway! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!
The original management when I moved in was awesome and very polite they have since replaced everyone. The new staff is nasty. The place is turning to crap. The reviews are not accurate online the development offered all residents a chance to win a $500 gift card for a review. In preparation for hurricane Irma there has been zero communication between the residents and staff. The office stated to park in any open spot in the garage so I did and my car was vandalized by the manager Joe because I park in his spot unknowingly. The construction on the new buildings were left unsecured. I can provide emails and pictures to varify my review.
I moved in here back in May and love it. The leasing staff is very helpful and are always so friendly. Megan & Joe are here to help you with whatever you need. The maintenance team is very responsive and Hope and Chris always call you right back. I do wish my apartment had more storage but other then that it is perfect. Love being so close to everything.
Moved in a few months ago. Like it here. No major issues. I thought the place would offer specials to keep us as good tenants. Also thought they'd want us to have longevity & sense of established community. Today I learned they won't likely offer new specials to keep me as tenant. Prices will go up at least $100/year. Very disheartening. :( Thought I found a place to call "home".
Excellent place to live. Really enjoy the gas grills by the pool side, the gym.The Staff is excellent. Convenient to dinning and shopping.
This is a wonderful bldg. The people who live here are very friendly and managment takes excellent care of all of its amenities. It has a large courtyard with a large pool that is always properly maintained, a full state of the art exercise facility in the bldge that is clean and well-air conditioned. It is a perfect location near all shopping, restaurants and close access to highways. My building is a beautiful highrise with a large balcony off the living room to watch the sun go down in the evening and sunbathe in warm sun during the day! I just love it here!
Not a great place for the price, it's brand new and that's about where the good side of things end. Parking is a pain and not connected to the building, nice staff in the office, but there's another person that decides what happens that doesn't interact with the residents and it's really annoying. If you are on the pool side don't expect to go to bed before 11!
We were in between this and Quantum Lake down the street and we definitely made the right choice. We have been at Compson for two months now and it was a better overall deal since they include Comcast(including basic HD channels), water and trash in your rent. They keep the hallways very clean and the trash is picked up each day. Our front office staff have been very responsive with anything that we have needed in our move in process and they always do it with a smile on their face. The residents are relatively younger and friendly. There is an unbelievable amount of restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance from here and it is also part of the newer development. No complaints and I love where we live!
