New owners don't care about fixing or maintaining current tenants units, only about remodeling and jacking up the rent. Maintenance requests go ignored for weeks. Office staff is rude and snarky when you bring up issues. Pest issues, have seen roaches in common areas and heard rats within the walls.

The last community manager wasn't that great. But the new community manager is very nice, understanding, and listen to your needs. Glad to see the improvements being made to the site. Hopefully more to come.

The complex is slightly run down but overall good. Management has been friendly. The dog park is very convenient and neighbors with pets are respectful.

We have been here for long time been through many different owner company. It has gone down hill over the past few years. We pay way too much for the condition of this place no upgrades nothing. Location is nice but that’s about it now.

for 99% of the time its quiet, maitence and staff are wonderful so far, its so affordable. we are very happy we moved here!! the only down side is its $5 to do laundry and washers are small but its still decently cheap!

Very peaceful place to live. Great location. Nice pool that’s always clean. Staff is good and maintenance is the best I have had at an apartment. Always quick to respond or come over. Unfortunately these are older apartments and are in need of a face lift. It’s embarrassing when people come over and see the gross torn up carpet in the breezeways. The price for this quality level is too high. There are nicer apartments with more amenities in the area for a few more dollars.

Rent is standard, and maintenance has gotten better. New pest control is trying to get rid of the Roaches. Pool is alright, took a while to open at the beginning. But you get what you pay for in a sense.

We have had multiple issues in this apartment. One of the biggest problems is the apartment above us, the floors creak and pop and make a ton of noise just when people walk upstairs. Its very loud in our apartment and we work nights so we sleep during the day. We have told them and they just tell us they can't fix it. Also the maintenance man is rude and treats people like they are dumb! Our A/C barely cools our apartment in the summer. We keep it set at 70 but it gets as hot as 76 degrees inside our apartment. We told them about it but the maintenance man tried telling me its normal and working fine! Its not working fine but now its winter so no sense messing with it until summer so I can show them how it doesnt cool properly AGAIN! On top of all that the roaches are out of control and they have only been sending pest control every other month since the new owners came i . Its not getting rid of them.

I'm not thrilled with the leasing staff, they took over a month to answer a question for me. Generally, they act like they do not care and are just here for a paycheck. The maintenance workers are amazing. They have always been on time and quickly resolve any issues. The amenities are kind of lame. The pool wasn't open all summer except the last few weeks of August. The roach problem has gotten very out of hand here. I pay for pest control that does not work. The water is almost always $80 /month for no apparent reason in a 1 bedroom apartment. If I had a water and dryer I'd somewhat understand, but it makes no sense. Ive called the water company and they told me that there was NO WAY they could give me a meter reading for my apartment number because the meter is for the entire building. So basically everyone is paying for their own water. Don't live here!

Roaches. Thin Walls. Apartments are outdated. Moldy carpets outside. A/C sometimes fails. Mold. Loud Neighbors. Faulty wiring. Gap in sliding door. Poor communication. Over priced for little amenities. Ignored Maintenance request. Smart remarks made by staff and pest ccontrol. Pest control sucks and never solves roach infestation. Creeking floors. Cracked ceilings. Holes in ceilings and walls. Drooping ceiling. Constant loss of water pressure and cut offs for maintenance. Pool wasn't open for most of residency here. Poor repairs resulting in extra charges for residents. Neighbors with Aggressive dogs. Rude staff. Some washer/dryers don't work. If you are able to find Somewhere better, I suggest going elsewhere. Because this place needs new staff, remodeling, and a lot of repairs. Extremely overpriced for the living condition provided.

The neighborhood is mostly quiet, everyone is friendly, mostly everyone speaks to one another and the restaurants and stores are in close range. The overall stay is very satisfactory.

I had a minor maintenance issue in my kitchen. Was not an emergency and didn’t have to be handled same day as I submitted work order. But maintenance came to make sure my problem was taken care of. Courteous and efficient despite being end of a busy work day!

Overall it has been a pleasant and quiet place to live. Any issues I've had have been quickly addressed by the maintence team. I will say I wish there was more upkeep of the place. There's carpeted stair ways that are near raggedy that need to be replaced. And AC filters do not get replaced every month unless you request it

I used to really enjoy living at Ridgeside, but since the new company has taken over there have been many fees introduced that make the agreed upon lease amount moot. The new staff is also never there so if you have a problem or want to discuss the lease with the staff, you are out of luck because no one is around to listen to your concern. The turnover rate has increased and I believe it is because of these changes. Which is really sad to see because I have lived at this complex for about 5 or s6 years at this point. It's sad to see it go downhill so much.

Lived here since 2013. The people in the office always answer the phone or call you right back if they are busy. If I needed something fixed in my apartment it gets done that same day. Several of my neighbors have lived here for many years which says a lot about the place.
