The property is absolutely lux especially the main lobby, management offices, amenity spaces, and even the outdoor spaces. The walkability/drive-ability rating to nearby stores and restaurants is beyond excellent. The application process was uber smooth and the welcoming team refreshing. Residents are so very friendly. As hoped, this home away from home choice has far exceeded all expectations.
It is a joy to live in Compass! The staff is so friendly and feel more like friends. Our experience has been wonderful and we recommend it to you wholeheartedly.

I love living here . The location is great for shopping, eating, and walking on trails. You can walk to many locations and the university of Delaware is around the corner. Many restaurants for students is a ten minute walk.

I've lived here for two years, and I don't want to go anywhere else. What makes living at Compass at the Grove special is not only the incredible space and amenities but also the friendly staff who work here. The staff is amazing! So attentive and kind. They help me navigate my new surroundings. Only suggestion, vacuuming hallways regularly. They get a little dusty and need some attention. I think I’m going to be happy here. I feel safe and I’m getting more comfortable every day.

I love it here. The staff is great. They’re always willing to assist. The community is clean and beautiful. Having restaurants within walking distance is a good perk. I don’t have pets, but the dogs I’ve seen are cute and friendly. There’s an overall welcoming community culture at Compass at the Grove.

Our move into Compass has been great! The buildings and grounds are beautiful and clean. The lounges and workspaces are great for a third work space or to meet up with friends or clients. The amenities--pool, roof top deck, lounges, gym, etc.--are wonderful. Best of all are the people who work here! The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. We love it!

The move in process was pretty quick and efficient. There were a few hiccups getting out papers for the correct apartment but after it was situated, we were able to move in without any issues.

The Compass at the Grove is the best location in Newark, Delaware - close to Main Street and the University. The staff is amazing! The buildings are clean and beautifully maintained! It is safe and the best place to live!

We love it so much that we just renewed our lease. The location is great and all the staff is first class. The resident get togethers monthly are well organized and fun. A great way to meet new friends.

We moved in a week ago and everyone has been wonderful! Sianea was wonderful months ago on our tour and that’s why we chose this place. Stacey was instrumental the first couple days getting us settled in and rent desk is marvelous??

Every single person in the staff is exceedingly lovely. The building is always being cleaned and smells amazing. The living accommodations are so spacious, upgraded, quiet, full of great amenities and in the middle of so many things. I love it. It’s living at its best.

I recently moved into Compass at the Grove, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From my very first interaction, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. Stacey was incredible throughout the entire process—she conducted my tour, answered all my questions, and guided me seamlessly from initial contact to signing my lease. Her knowledge and professionalism made everything stress-free. On move-in day, Sianea was just as fantastic! She helped me get my key fob, secured the elevator for my move, presented a thoughtful welcome gift, and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Her efficiency and friendliness made the process smooth and enjoyable. So far, I absolutely love my unit and everything about the complex. The community is well-maintained, modern, and has a great atmosphere. The entire Bozzuto team has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. 10/10—highly recommend!
