Compass at The Grove

The whole leasing office was awesome! They answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident in picking this place as our home! Additionally, everyone here has been so kind and welcoming!

This is my second year at Compass at the Grove with an upgrade from a 1BR to a 2BR and I’m as happy today as I was the first day I moved in 2023!! I tell everyone that the decision to move here was one of the best I’ve made for me & my family!!

We love the grove! Live here for 3 years , since it open! Everything is in walking distance. Acme, gym, hair salon , Starbucks , restaurants and many Moore !

Might be the best apartment in Delaware, and the staff and management are exceptional. The location can’t be beat in terms of being close to everything, and as more stores in The Grove open it will get even better

Our move into Compass has been great! The buildings and grounds are beautiful and clean. The lounges and workspaces are great for a third work space or to meet up with friends or clients. The amenities--pool, roof top deck, lounges, gym, etc.--are wonderful. Best of all are the people who work here! The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. We love it!

We love Compass at the Grove! This is a true luxury complex with unbeatable amenities and facilities in a great plaza. The best part of Compass, however, is the staff. They are super friendly, professional and helpful. We also love the monthly events they host for residents. :)

The move in process was pretty quick and efficient. There were a few hiccups getting out papers for the correct apartment but after it was situated, we were able to move in without any issues.

Great experience. They were accommodating and gave us a tour of the community. They explained all facets of the community (package, keys, etc).

The Compass at the Grove is the best location in Newark, Delaware - close to Main Street and the University. The staff is amazing! The buildings are clean and beautifully maintained! It is safe and the best place to live!

We moved in a week ago and everyone has been wonderful! Sianea was wonderful months ago on our tour and that’s why we chose this place. Stacey was instrumental the first couple days getting us settled in and rent desk is marvelous??

Every single person in the staff is exceedingly lovely. The building is always being cleaned and smells amazing. The living accommodations are so spacious, upgraded, quiet, full of great amenities and in the middle of so many things. I love it. It’s living at its best.

I recently moved into Compass at the Grove, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From my very first interaction, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. Stacey was incredible throughout the entire process—she conducted my tour, answered all my questions, and guided me seamlessly from initial contact to signing my lease. Her knowledge and professionalism made everything stress-free. On move-in day, Sianea was just as fantastic! She helped me get my key fob, secured the elevator for my move, presented a thoughtful welcome gift, and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Her efficiency and friendliness made the process smooth and enjoyable. So far, I absolutely love my unit and everything about the complex. The community is well-maintained, modern, and has a great atmosphere. The entire Bozzuto team has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. 10/10—highly recommend!

Staff is very nice and maintenance team is very good. Second building has practially no amenities and rent price is the same. More amenities for children, not dogs only. Things like sewage should not be billed extra.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Compass at the Grove! The amenities are fantastic, the building is extremely well kept and clean, and the staff is super helpful and welcoming. I work from home and love working in the common areas. The concierge Ms. Adriane, makes sure I am well taken care of and always brightens my day.

I’ve never complained about a thing. Pure competence throughout the community. The staff are ever helpful, happy, do what needs to be done and then some.

The office staff is friendly and helpful! The move-in process was easy. There was constant communication and always someone to answer questions. The community is beautiful with many amenities. It is safe and at a great location.

I love it here. I feel safe and the location is perfect. The library and food shopping is in walking distance. There are trails to walk and I can walk to downtown Newark and the university of Delaware campus.

Still having an amazing experience living at Compass at The Grove. There is absolutely nothing negative to talk about the building or the staff. Actually, the staff are wonderful and they have been one of the highlights on living in the building. I have been cherishing every moment of my day to day living in this community.

After a year of being here, I still recommend the Compass. Amazing staff and amenities. My only nitpick is that I wish the pool hours were extended, but other than that, the Compass is amazing!

Beautiful place with great amenities and friendly staff! No issues with noise or neighbors and everyone I’ve encountered has been very friendly. Close to UD but not primarily students.

Very nice and helpful staff. Building maintenance also extremely helpful and provides very fast service. The buildings are very well maintained and are always clean.

As always the staff at the Grove is amazing & caring, we had a disruption with our heater in the very early morning on a cold day so I placed a call to the 24 hour maintenance number. I received a call back within 6 minutes by a polite gentleman who gave me clear instructions on what to do and assured me he would be there first thing in the morning. Promptly at 9am he arrived, made the necessary adjustments, cleaned up, & it was completed . Just another wonderful experience that gives me gratitude for the wonderful staff & a beautiful living experience at Compass at the Grove. Thank you!!

It’s a great place to be and live! Awesome view at night of the pool and courtyard. The gym is amazing, great equipment and always available!

The leasing office very friendly. Have been living here for 6 months now and not a single complain so far. The maintenance team is prompt and attend to any problem within hours.

I love it here! It’s been nearly 5 months for us and we have no complaints at all. It’s safe, clean, neighborhood and management are polite and friendly, the clubhouse rocks, the walls of the apartments are well isolated so you can barely hear anyone, the maintenance staff is very efficient, and the events offered by Compass are a great addition to our experience while living here.

We love it here. The location is ideal to get anywhere you want in a short time. The atmosphere is positive, the staff are excellent, and the amenities perfect.

Love, love, living here. It is closer to shops, bank, gym, restaurants etc…very convenient. The place is nice and clean. The residents are friendly.

Compass at the Grove is a wonderful place to live. I never had a problem once. It's quiet, people are very nice and the staff is great. The amenities are phenomenal and I love that they do events. Very safe since you can't enter the building without a key fob. Only downside is it is really expensive.

It’s been a good experience, very nice community. I haven’t had no complaints. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the place and it’s very relaxing.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get to see the apartment until I signed the contract.

When I walk into the leasing office, I’m immediately aware of the ‘How can we help you?’ atmosphere. All questions, requests, and problems are handled with respect and timeliness. The maintenance staff is responsive and skilled - and can recommend good local restaurants, too. Our concierge is the jewel in the crown of Compass at the Grove. She’s in three places at a time: managing our excessive Amazon deliveries with grace; greeting residents by name; joking with our favorite custodian; helping a kid catch a bus; and lending an ear when we find ourselves needing a friend. The grounds are beautiful and there’s always something in bloom. The common areas and building interiors are impeccably maintained every day and the outdoor shared spaces are well thought out with dozens of gas grills and seating areas. For a special evening, head to the rooftop terraces with friends. Fill the built-in refrigerator with refreshments and light the grills. Watch the sun set. It doesn’t get much better!

We love the monthly community events-Great way to socialize and get to know your neighbors. The Compass makes you feel safe and we love how quiet it is. Great location near UD and Main Street.
