Community View Apartments for those age 18+ provides a total of 61 one-bedroom units of safe, affordable, energy-efficient homes in a newly constructed building. Rents are affordable from 30%-60% AMI. There are 20 units set-aside for frail elderly via referral system. There are 10 fully accessible units for those with mobility impairments and 4 units setup for those with Hearing and/or Vision disabilities. Applicants with mobility, visual or hearing impairments should make sure to indicate on their application that an accessible unit is required. Such applicants will be processed for occupancy on a priority basis for an accessible apartment in the order they were selected by the lottery.
