I recommend the leasing staff here. Alma assisted me with the process and I was able to get the keys for my apartment. The condition of the unit was tiotop shape andready for me to move-in.

The elevator in building 59 doesn't have a current license posted. Trash rooms on each floor are closed. Tenants are responsible for taking their own trash down to the dumpster. None of the computers work. No idea where the "state of the art" gym or fitness center is located. There is always trash in front of the building. Many tenants smoke in their units and you can smell it in the hallways. There are a lot of people younger than 55 who appear to live in the senior buildings. Generally nice neighbors though. Lots and lots of pests in most units, especially cockroaches and flying bugs. Not enough washers and dryers and they are often broken. Rules are inconsistently enforced, especially noise and smoking. Very little support or accomodations for seniors or disabled people. Safety is not important or a priority to management!

Quiet, tranquil community. Management, office staff and maintenance are all wonderful people with good intentions. They do their best and I can personally attribute to how they can rise above and beyond expectations when issues are more severe. I’ve been here for 1.5 years and wouldn’t be discouraged to stay another 10 years.

Both Kelsey & Reina were great! Especially when I informed them that I lived in wheatland They were very patient with me as I was sending out the paperwork via email As well as very patient and great when I filled out the paperwork and received my keys!!!

Kelsey is a great leasing agent. She was patient and understanding. Any questions I had she had an answer and made sure you understand the information. The paperwork is tedious. Have your T’s cross and your I’s dotted. Everyone’s circumstances are different and life happens. For me, the application process did took awhile.

The Oaks apartments. This place is very nice and safe. The leasing staff is very attentive especially Alma she was able to help my family settle in the apartment very quickly. Alma is very professional and she has a genuine smile. I highly recommend to future resident.

All the Staff here are very kind and helpful. specifically, (without naming names) a staff member that has been here for over 10 years and is extremely professional and truly cares about the tenants. always going above and beyond to help wherever she can!

Management manages effectively, there's so much space here to enjoy the nature surroundings, it is nice to hear and see the youth & elders stirring around alike. Every shopping experience necessary is within a ten mile driving radius. Anthony was skilled, quick, and had impressive professionalism with bathtub and dishwasher issues. The reassurance from maintenance, management teams, supporting staff, and delightful neighbors in this community has been welcoming.

Been calling this place for 3 weeks trying to get a tour or at least more info. Either no answer or I get put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on.

This place will give you the run around...we gave up after a month. I can write a page of faults ! The leasing person was so dishonest, manipulative and tried everything she could to detour us from renting. Terrible condition in the apartment she finally showed us after 3 attempted appointments. The apartment she showed us wasn't what we requested. Don't jump threw the hoops...this place was terrible. Filthy carpets in common hallway, smelled, bullet holes, boarded up windows and doors. Granted there are newer units, leasing person wouldn't show us any apartments in the newer units. We weren't asking for the moon...but she wasn't accommodating at all !!! The entire experience was ridiculous !

We moved out because there’s so many tweakers, homeless people sleep in the stairwell, apartments get broken into, cars get broken into, The mail gets stolen, shooting happen!
