This place is infested with roaches. Management is loath to do work here, and there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Lots of weird folks wander in to the complex, and most residents have yappy little dogs.
Apartment complex of 30 units is infested with Bugs, manager and owner refuse to do anything about it properly. Everyone is throwing away all their possessions. Or moving out, and they are renting to new tenants without telling them. Slum property
Winstel Vista Apartments 3750 e. Monte Vista Dr Tucson, az 85716 Glenn/Alvernon Junior 1s ($385) 1br ($450), 2br($500) apts. Been here a year. There is a fenced pool area, Basketball court, Bbq, covered parking and on sight Laundry. Its super close to shopping and bus stops are a 3 minute walk.(so is my work) There are several schools and daycare as well as parks and paths close by.Everything is within walking distance.
