I love living here if only you could get rid of the roaches that I’m having problems with. Other than that all the people on floor are really nice and caring they come and check on me if not seen out walking the dog.

Management and staff need to be more accessible. My calls to the office go to voicemail the majority of the time. Liz is the only staff member who provides excellent customer service. Roaches are an issue but I get exterminated twice a week at the apartment owners expense. The entry gates are broken most of the time.

As for the gate system, since transitioning to Gatewise in November 2024, we haven’t experienced any ongoing issues.
