The property needs to be dressed up a little bit better. Garbage does pile up at the dumpster way to often which causes unsightly conditions. The landscaping, mulching and missing tree replacement needs much better improvement.
Service time for maintenance too long. Condominium very dirty, trash remains full for weeks, bad smell...
Very unique apartment. Everything is close by
The vendors that came to replace the hvac where beyond great. Very professional and got me taken care of in a timely manner. Great work done by the vendors to give columns on wetherington a better label
I would recommend because Abbey did such a splendid job explaining and showing everything. She was splendid. Abbey was very detailed about going over everything before my husband and I could ask any questions. We had looked at other communities and Abbey customer service was just awesome! Compared to the other communities which I rather not even mention. My husband and I would like to tell her thank you again with making our choice very comfortable to select.
I would recommend the community because the location is great and the apartment is spacious and newly renovated.

I am 75 year's old and feel safe here .Have been here for the past 9 years.That tell you something right there.
You should take away the cable charges...in almost 1.5 years of stay i watched cable probably 10 times...that is complete waste of of around a thousand dollars.
Just a bit too cramed; work out area is too small, dog owners don't pick up after their dogs as poop visible on lawns, and the visitor parking issues are obvious.

Where the staff was excellent, the other tenants made living here downright miserable. We were afraid to breathe in our own home for fear of being reported.
Right now I am not very happy because I came in here and the apartment was not in great shape.

It's a good community which is located in a beautiful spot.You will enjoy the sunshine with fresh air. Other than gym and $52 month cable charge everything is good. I will recommend it.

I would recommend this to others because the lease process was so simple. If there has been a problem, the office takes care of it right away. The property is very well maintained.

The amenities are lacking. Other communities offer tennis,basketball,dog parks etc... here we have a play ground that honestly is out dated. The rent is too high for what you get. Will probably not stay another year. I can rent a house cheaper in the area.

Parking is an extreme problem. It is sometimes difficult to get out of my driveway because of parking. Lately it has been worse. Some people literally park on the side of the street as you enter the complex.
Everything was a great experience except as I mentioned above when turning in keys and garage door opener. I am surprised that the resident is not present when doing a final walk through etc to discuss any discrepancy in the return of the deposit which I have yet to receive back. I also found it quite alarming that the only documentation was my contact information was written on a post it note and the keys placed on top of it.
we are a little disappointed with the heating, I know there has been some cold weather, but our furnace runs and runs and worried about a high electric bill, really don't understand how your all's heat system works.
I would recommend the apartments. The only issues I had were when I had a leak in the roof after hours and I never received a response to my car and during move out which wasn’t the managers fault. My move out report and balance were lost in the mail and I was sent to collections.
The whole staff Dan, Whitney, Will and Brandon took care of my maintenance needs quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with people who actually care!
It is conveniently located to a lot of stores and eating places. The attached garage is appealing and the view from the apartment is good.
Our apartment home is beautiful. The management team ( Megan and Dan) are very friendly and helpful. This is a very warm and inviting Community.
There is definitely a parking issue, making it nearly impossible for visitors. Additionally, the charge for cable is irritating, especially if you don't want it. There is a large pine tree near the garbage compactor. The tree blocks vision and makes it dangerous to pull into the flow of traffic. I'm fearful of being hit because I can't see cars approaching.
I would for the size of the unit and the location. I would not for the inconsistent personnel and poorly maintained grounds.
I would recommend this apartment, because its nice, quiet, and in a good neighborhood.

Our apartment was updated and well-maintained, and the location is very good.
Don't rent here this complex is a joke. We have been here for about 3 months now, and regret every second of it. Getting maintenance to do anything would be a miracle. If you get a package delivered it goes to the office, because the numbering on the units is so confusing the delivery guys can't find anything. Once your package is delivered to the office, they WILL lose it. the are 3 for 3 on my packages. Once I called corporate though they mysteriously showed up. The utilities go through a company that will tack on a service fee for anything, and everything they can. Add $200/month to your rent for that bill. The office staff are clueless, and act like you are bothering them if you have an issue, or a question. It is so bad, they actually ask you to leave good reviews for the complex, because most reviews are negative. Stay away from this place. Go get a nice apartment at the Grands or other luxury apartments.
New management is much improved as is maintenance.
