Columbia Hills Apartments

Columbia Hills Apartments is a "great place" to call home. I had the best tour by staff Alyssa who was very informative, knowledgeable, very detailed, full of information, and very kind. Alyssa went out of her way to help with the application process and kept me updated from start to finish. The apartment layout is very spacious and I love the counter tops, as well as the appliances that came with the apartment. This was the best move in experience I have ever had, and hope that this is my last for a very long time. I highly recommend Columbia Hills Apartments to be your next and last home, please come join our community you will not be sorry, I'm not!!

I am on my 10th year living here and am still happy with this community , and actually I feel it just keeps getting better and better !! I love it here!!!

Moving in is pretty seamless. I wish I had more than two days to fill out that paper, where you tell everything that is wrong, cosmetically. My kitchen cabinets wasn't to stick shut, but I can get past that. My neighbors are very welcoming and the community looks very nice. My son can't wait to jump in the pool!

Great service from the whole staff! I love the property and unit! It’s always so clean and taken care of and friendly staff as well! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new place

After being here for almost 6 years i can say that what community we have at this apartment is pretty solid. I don't know about others experience but I've never had any problems. The grounds have been staying especially clean as of recent and I've enjoyed my experience

Staff is always friendly and willing to help in anyway they can , I've lived here since 2015 and have really enjoyed living in this community!!

Nice neighborhood, clean, convenient location to many many places. Has lots of things for children to do like swim and a park. Can take nice walks/jogs and friendly neighbors

The office ladies here are the best! Everything gets handled in a timely manner and everyone is so nice. They have been pressure washing the buildings which has be great since it's been warming up, it's gotten rid of all the wasp for now

The property management was good at answering all my questions. Signing the lease was super easy and they were super friendly. The apartment is not bad for being as old it is. They were replacing my stove and dishwasher. Stove was getting replaced before hand. They added the dishwasher becasue looks like it was pretty bad.

They are very good about fixing any issues in a timely manner and last year the pool finally looked fantastic!! I was so excited about that.

It's been a great place to live , this will be my 9th year here and looking forward to continuing residency . I feel it's a safe place for my grandkids here , the only thing I wish we had though is a patio type setup that had a screen door, I've always wished we had that , and also better windows!!

I like how the grounds are maintained, nice and quiet. Trash gets picked up often but at strange hours, like 11pm. So that's weird but whatever ?? love how we aren't close to any busy streets.

Living at Columbia hills apartments has been a nice experience. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I feel safe walking around the property and the neighborhood events are fun.

Overall a great place to live and raise a family it’s usually fairly quiet with a nice park and dog park with prompt maintenance service……..

We love it here. Management is very nice, and very helpful. Maintenance guys are awesome they seem to enjoy doing their job! They help a lot.

Has an issue with moisture in the apartments causing mold and mildew. Office does what they can but, that’s just one down fall that they struggle to control. The apartments need updating for what they are wanting you to pay for rent. The office workers do what they can and are very accommodating. Not worth the money unless you really just have to live here.

I have been here for 4 years now and honestly nothing has changed. Residents come and go. I must say compared to some other complexes in the area, it is clean and quiet for the most part. Occasional noise issue but nothing to complain about. I always say this but parking is a huge issue here. We have parking passes but people have guest over and that come in a bunch of cars and take all of the parking spots for the residents. I wish we had assigned parking.

Friendly staff and neighborhood. The amenities are great and I appreciate how the gym is available at your personal schedule. If there is something I don’t like is the trash around the grass or parking lot doesn’t get picked up or cleaned.

They have been very diligent about fixing the stairs and any issues that arise. The pool this year was remodeled and looked so good when it was open too!

Great community, atmosphere, and great customer service! Everyone that works for Columbia hills has always been nice and always helpful which we greatly appreciate :)

The staff is friendly and amazing with answering questions and they were able to get me in on a short notice. I love it here so far and love the apartment

Things have continued to be relatively quiet and calm l. After 5 years of being here seems right about the same as when I moved in. Great staff, good distance from anything

The staff here is wonderful , they go above and beyond to make sure tenants needs are met as well as if they have any requests or concerns. Also I have always loved the location, like it's not directly in town but yet it's not too far out of town , it's perfect !!

Such a sweet and caring environment. No problems still and I’ve enjoyed everyone we have gotten to talk too. Staff stays caring and they never let outside stressors dictate their work! You rock ladies !

Everyone here is so great! The pool is so blue and clean, the office ladies and maintenance are always so helpful. It has really improved over the last 4 years!

Nice and quiet. Water damage is a little much but oh well. I like the neighbors and the secluded area. Trash cans could be cleaner but that is due to people who don't know how to put trash into the can.

Management has been very helpful and understanding. Maintenance is the best!! When you submit a problem that needs to be seen, they are right there.

It's superb,peaceful surroundings along with neighbors and friends are respectful residents along with front office personnel they are tremendous I absolutely love it here thankyou.

The staff is always pleasant and quick to reply to requests for whatever the need may be , I enjoy being a resident here!! I've been here for 9 years and plan to be here for many more...

Just moved in! We have enjoyed it. It has been very peaceful. Smooth application to get a place! Office staff is very helpful! All around has been a great experience!

We just moved in and so far no problems and we love the place. The people are extremely nice and very helpful. The apartments are a great size at reasonable pricing

Has been a decent experience. Just wish all windows had screens. Would be nice to open windows in fall/spring for fresh air. Would like to see resident actually throw trash away properly.

A lovely experience from neighbors , front office , etc. apartment complex is always kept clean and tidy which I very much appreciate:) I will say a lot of people have been letting their animals loose and what not and that’s very much not okay. I’ve found three animals so far that seemed to be inside animals left out and nobody claims them.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean grounds. Apartment are well taken care of. Office people are always nice when you talk them. Always therrr to answer your questions.

It's been a tremendous living, absolutely amazing everyone here respectful also the front office staff is beautiful if there's any problem they attend and do there best at responding too it, let me add the maintenance crew they are helpful with work and conversing with you I'm happy that I made my choice for living among happy people thankyou so much.

I’ve lived here for almost a decade and the place has made several improvements over the last few years. I would definitely recommend checking it out. It’s not brand new but the staff and the low cost of living makes it a great place to live.

Not bad for the price. The staff are nice. The walls are kinda thin so sound carries. The buildings do need a good power wash and the front doors need a fresh coat of paint.

Nice apartment, great neighbors, great location. Just wish we could smoke outside our apartment. We rented this apartment site unseen before moving in. We are comfortable here.

Absolutely splendid,it's peaceful and everyone respectful too the community and the main office responsibilities are tremendous towards the residents so I love it.

I have lived here for years and it's only gotten better! I love that its mostly quiet and Noone really bothers anybody. Maintenance also always comes immediately when you need something which is amazing.

There is always trash everywhere. Parking lot is always a mess, trash areas are an eye sore. This has got to be the dirtiest lot I've ever seen.

Superb living adding peacefully.The neighbors are respectful,the front office personnel is magnificent as well the maintenance crew does spectacular.

I’ve had nothing but a positive experience while living here. Staff has been nice and upbeat. All my maintenance requests have been handled quickly.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and we love the quiet and respectful community that we have here. Anytime that we have had a maintenance problem the staff are so quick and efficient at addressing and fixing it.
