This place is horrible. I will be trying to get out of my lease as soon as I can afford it. The Wi-Fi never works, management is impossible to contact, my apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in, the paint bubbles and peels off the walls, there is mold on the baseboards, the building always smells like cigarette smoke, and my appliances aren’t even all the same color. Terrible place moving here was the biggest mistake

Management is never there to help nor do they answer the phone, if they do answer they’re rude the whole time. You pay ridiculous amount in rent and no there’s no washer or dryer in your unit.

Me and my boyfriend have lived here since 2019 and I just have to say it has been the best place to live. Anytime we have had a issue they have always tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. They keep everything clean All the hallways and the landscape. And they are always so nice anyone you talk too is so nice to you. I really recommend Colts Crossing to anyone it’s an amazing place to live!

Let me start out by saying that I LOVE it here. The apartments are located near everything you need, so that means you don’t have to drive more than 7 mins to get to any fast food place or shopping centers. The management here is AMAZING.. Kathy especially. She’s so kind & understanding. This is the best place to rent especially if you’re just starting out on our own. It’s really safe here with security doors OH AND 24/7 maintenance Incase anything goes wrong through out after hours.

Professional. team of management . The picture perfect when you walk up to office. Has an office you feel welcome in. Katherine is a manager who always has an open door policy to her staff and all residents. Maintenance is ready at any time 24/7 . love our beautiful apartment and the area is always clean and cut grass with never any trash.

This place has really turned around the last few years, the new management is doing an excellent job at helping with every request!

I am beyond happy living at Colts Crossing! I shopped for apartments everywhere in georgetown and couldn't find anywhere reasonable. Our daughter is in daycare and we have bills like normal people. Everything they include really makes this place better than the others. Please give this place a shot before you read other comments or hear from other people. There is 100% brand new management and the old awful management is gone. They show a want to improve the property over time and have excellent customer service. We were desperate to move quick and they were completely accommodating. Kathy S. is who helped me. She was wonderful and understanding. She made me feel at home and reassured me through the whole process. Now I am 7 minutes from work and can afford to pay my bills. I truly didnt believe that could happen in georgetown. -Sydney

Colts Crossing apartments in Georgetown Kentucky is a small group of buildings with a lot of growth. The staff is always professional and makes sure residents know of any community events or deals. Comolaints are dealt with in a timely manner and the grounds are kept up very well. A little park for the kids, a large well kept grill, and doggie stations help keep things lively around the area. The buildings are maintained regularly and any issues are generally answered quickly. The apartments could be a bit largwr but the orice is reasonable considering rent in the surrounding area. Good clean apartments with a professional staff of people to fix any issues that may arise. Colts crossing is a pleasant little place in a small but growinf town.

The grounds are well-maintained (lawn crews at least bi-weekly) and there is a gas grill that the management provides the fuel for when scheduled. There is a dog park and playground for tenants. Apartments are nice, if lacking in light (only fixtures are in the kitchen and bath areas). Rent is a little higher than other apartments in the area. Only major issue is with management/ownership, having had three different owners and six different managers within a five-year period. All in all, an alright place to live if you're looking for something near the interstate or connected to one of the factories (Toyota or its parts distributors).

I've been here the last year. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The maintenance are quick and efficient when you have any kind of problem. They offer 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Offers a small play ground and dog park. The location is extremely convenient in Georgetown. Shopping and restaurants are close and abundant. Overall I've been extremely happy here.
