Located just west of the Mississippi River, in beautiful Brainerd, MN, Colonywood Apartments is the perfect place to call home! Property Ratings at Colonywood
Do not rent from here! I lived here about two years. When I moved in they did not replace the carpet which had burn holes and stains on it. The blinds were broken and so many other problems. They were well aware of all the damages. I recently moved out and got a letter saying they were keeping my deposit plus want another 1000 dollars for damages!!!! I tried explaining the situation and they started ignoring me. They wanted to charge me 400 dollars for painting alone and when I moved out the paint was just fine no chips or anything and I think painting should be normal upkeep that this company should pay for!
