Colony square is a great place to live and is an awesome property and the manager summer is awesome as well she is willing to help out in any way she can it has been no incidents here since I been here I been here going on 3 years now come on and join the property you will love your new home
I really am glad I decided to rent from Colony Square! The size of the apartment for the amount that I pay is amazing !! I Haven’t had any problems so far, and I’ve been here since March ! Summer is very patient and willing to help if you get confused! You don’t have to wait to wash clothes the laundry room is open 24hrs 2 pools and definitely in a prime location to get any of your needs. Did I mention that it’s very quiet .. but if you in doubt just try them out !! Thanks summer for my making my decision easy!
Just moved in on March 6th and I must say outside of waiting for the app to go thru and be finished, it was a seamless experience...No complaints. Office and grounds are clean and quiet. Thanks guys for your help
I have been hear for a year and I have enjoyed living here great management staff and personnel that makes you feel welcomed and part of a family. If you move here you will love the experience .
I had an issue with my thermostat/ air conditioning on a weekend. Bright and early Monday morning the service man was there to fix it and was so courteous. He urged me to have called them urgent and they would have been out that weekend. Silly on my part. The grounds are always clean. the staff has been nothing but nice. I enjoy it here. 4 months now.

We offer 24 hr. emergency maintenance to include the weekends. Our phones are never unattended. We have a answering service that will contact the manager immediately and the manager will contact the maintenance personnel on duty. We are so glad you enjoy calling Colony Square your home.
After living here for a couple of years I have never had a pest problem one day I'm cooking and cleaning my everyday routine and I see a mouse peek its head from under a door this is totally unacceptable what person in their right mind would want to live with rats Im beyond livid

No one would expect anyone to have to put up with regular visits from a mouse. We cannot respond to things that are not reported. Keep in mind... You have lived here 2 years with no problem. I know the maintenance team came to your apartment immediately to set traps in order to remedy this issue. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We consider every work order and call from our residents to be a serious matter.
I have stayed here 10 months and can't wait til my lease is up in march! The newborns aren't a problem, but as far as maintaince goes I have been calling to get one of my toilets fixed, sink, and they have a serious roach problem! The laundry mat doesn't work. And when u call them they have attitudes and are very unorganized

Please keep in mind that new management took place at the end of 2014 and they have remained your management team since then. We have a great maintenance team in place and work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Our clothes care facilities are professionally cleaned twice a week and remain in order. If we have an issue with one of the machines, all you need to do is call the office and report the number on the machine and the company that owns them will be out within 48 hours to repair the machine. As far as you having roaches..... We have our property serviced monthly and have the opportunity to call them back out for additional service if there is an issue with roaches in your apartment. I am sorry you felt the past management team had attitudes and were very unorganized. The management team in place since the end of 2014 believes that the residents at Colony Square are of the utmost important. My office is open to any and all that may have concern's about your apartment.

This was posted before our current management team took over in Nov. 2014. We pride ourselves on work order response. Colony Square has a excellent maintenance team and the office staff is very friendly.
