Para mi es el peor condominios de todos ,,lleno de ratones , cucarachas , chinches, además de que pagas la renta todos los meses y la señora de los apartamentos siempre dice que no y te pone un recargo ,es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un condominio,siempre tienes un problema con la señora que atiende siempre te trata mal y te saca sin terminar de hablar

Affordable apartments that are surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants that is walking distance !!
Adorable place to stay .. great if looking for somewhere surrounded by everything!! Stores restaurants multiple gas stations everything walking distance!
A decent apartment for the price that allows pets, and is quick to fix issues that may arise
It's a nice spacious apartment w/ a balcony & they're pet friendly!!!! The approval process was smooth and quick & I love my new home!!!

The colonial apartments have provided an excellent accommodation sense I been stay here. Whenever there is an issue with the apartment, the maintenance team is prompt in their replies. If you have any questions or need assistance, the front office staff is incredibly helpful

Won't answer calls.Dirty, bug infested. Not worth half of what they ask..Rubs will raise the rent dramatically. Need to be shut down. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere..

On-site management is present daily, Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. We also use a licensed third party pest control company for treatment of any and all pest issues. Thank you!
Do not move into either of these places.. they do not fix anything the women who work the office are rude, never call you back, and are never in the office!! there is a major bug problem that they deny is a problem!!! they over charge you in rent the monthly rent statement does not explain the charges that are on there at all and you cant ask the office chick nothing due to the fact she is never there and if she is she is very rude!! the work number to make complaints of things needing to be fixed is not a working number and if you cant get a hold of the office lady then your screwed there is no one else or no other number to help you!!! just dont move here im stuck in my lease and cant wait til it ends im running fast as i can away from here worst place ive ever lived in my wole life!!!

We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The office manager works Monday-Friday from 10:00-5:30pm. Work orders are addressed in a timely manner to the best of the technicians ability. The phone number to the work order line is posted on the office door, on the office phone voice mail, as well as page 2 of your lease. Rent is the same amount every month for the duration of your lease, tenants are responsible for RUBS (see paragraph one of your lease).
The apartment itself isn't bad, no real way to contact management and maintenance consists of one very overworked individual. I do not reccomend these aparments, however I can say that management has left us alone for the most part and we keep our place clean so as long as there isn't an issue they tend to leave you to yourself.
