Property Ratings at Colony Hill Apartments
Lived in the apartments for 3yrs and new owners are almost as good as old. Easy to talk to efficient on repairs, snow removal needs work but other than that great place to stay and always quiet ??
Apartments are spacious and it's quiet in the buildings. The laundry facility could use some updating, but other than that the place and area are great. It's family owned and the owners are very nice and are on call 24/7 if anything happens. Highly recommended.
Very nice owners- quick to fix anything if broken. Nice quiet area and community. Large open living rooms and bedrooms.
