Outdated leaky apartment with carpet and I can not get out of my lease.Bad communication, no one answers the phone. When the maintenance does arrive they look at the issue and mark every issue complete in the system before the job is completed. The bathroom upstairs ran over leaked in my apartment and no one ever showed to clean or fix my damage. I’m going to call the health department because things are getting this bad(mushroom growth)with the multiple leaks.
I have not had any problems..but I wish the apartments would be updated with more modern appliances and flooring other than that...I love the peace and quiet of my building...

This community is a bait and switch. Units are not maintained and just made up enough to cover the issues to new residents. Once you get here they blame you and complete orders on their time. No consideration to the tenant. Never the sane answer when you report issues. They blame the tenant

When I first moved here it was beautiful, never had complaints about anything then this new company took over when the pandemic first started and they are only about money. Nothing gets fixed in a timely matter, trash on the lawn, entry door was broke for over a month, dryer goes out every week and you will have to come out of pocket to repair things in your own apartment.

I’ve been living over here for 2yrs in their townhouse. I like the house but when it comes to snow removal it’s VERY TERRIBLE! They do a POOR job, they don’t throw any salt down in the driveways nor the sidewalks. But they make sure to keep up on removing the snow from the apartment complex side. I complain every year & same results…

The colony club is all smoke and mirrors. The apartments are nice but once youre in you have to fix all the problems yourself.

I have lived her for 12 years and have always respected the apartment like my own. They always kept the grounds clean and neat. The laundry room is a disgrace to do laundry in always dirty. The apartment kitchen is in bad shape and needs updated badly. I really hate to put food in them. There are little tiny bugs at times. They fall apart because the cupboards are so old

For this to be my first apartment this place has really met my needs when it comes to having a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, dish washer, and a big master bedroom.

Ive been living here for about 5 years or a little over, the quality has went down but the prices has went up. Nothing gets fixed, before we use to get a flat rate for utilities but now we have to pay water, sewage, trash and a utility fee to get the bill. We are paying water when there is a water leakage problem. When it rains you need a water bucket in the hallway, took me reaching out the tenant association in order to get the leakage and hole fixed in my bathroom ceiling. I even reach out to Beztak (management company) phone # doesnt work, email them, sent video of leaking ceiling but the ceiling still wasnt getting fixed until the notice of escrow. The front desk ladies are rude, they dont care and dont apologize for the any inconvenience. Channel 19 wrote news coverage about the complex and it was bad. They talked about how Colony Club did not taking care of their resident and how nothing is getting fixed. This place makes me so depressed. Every time I pull in. If COVID didnt happen in 2020 I wouldve moved

10/10 dont recommend you dont salt shovel and you do a poor job at plowing. Pest control was here and they refused to tell us why. Its horrible my rent keeps going up each month.

My overall experience has been pleasant and quiet so far. Becky has been my contact person and she has been very professional and very informative. My very first night in my apartment I slept very well and that speak for itself. I was a homeowner prior, I adjusted to my new apartment very well. I also work from home and I have not any issues with my internet service and the fact that it is quiet it allows me to do my job productively.

First I’m going to say that the townhomes are well kept and clean. Upgrades were cheap, counter top scrapes away and the door paint is starting to peal because it wasn’t upgraded just painted over. It’s quiet until a man in his garage that bbq’s every single day starts blasting his music. I’ve called several times and nothing is done about it very very frustrating all day everyday
There are some minor things they need to stay on top of but that comes with any rental property .I do like the fact that the building I'm living in is very quiet and peaceful and the inside of my building is clean minus the laundry room some of the tenants do not clean behind themselves but other than that I'm satisfied with my apartment. They still have not addressed the cleaning of my carpet I decided to do it myself

I would love to feel more than a resident who just pays rent and live here. Colony Club is a nice area that can be enhanced with the help of your residents. Another though around Christmas. I am sure someone can sing. I know that we are practicing social distant. At least we can find a way to have music playing at certain time of the day. We have seniors who are also residents. We want to keep them comfortable too and enjoy living here. I just like to be called on to help in any way I can with any ideals Colony Club may have to offer in the future.
I like living here..good neighbors.. maintenance is good... apartment needs updating...some residents do not pic up after their pets.

Ive been here for a year and some change . I enjoy my living space and the community its quite and cozy which makes it easy to live here .

Colony club was a great place to live until new management. They are slow to respond, nothing is being repair and they keep raising the price with no new upgrades

Townhomes very roomy, lots of storage, community very safe,quite, good transportation and shopping. Townhomes a little dated. More improvement on the landscaping such as replacing old mulch and shrubbery. Concerns are addressed good communication with Property Management Dawn (my personal interaction).
