Property Ratings at Colonial Village - 7550 Stirling Rd
It is my opinion you will be sorry signing a lease with cruise property managment. Bugs-cockroaches-rats-cats-ducks-dog poop. We have it all ever since cruise property management took over. Want to live someplace and watch it get run down? Do yourself a favor and look for other properties and managment companies to deal with in my opinion.
Over price to live with rodents. Poorly managed and care for. Laundry room always a mess or not working. No renovation since the 1970s. Not a nice place to raise a family. Lots of large dogs and smokers. Parking always full or flooded. AC always leaking. Horrible.....run.
This is an older apartment which is very spacious compared to the new model apartments. My 1 bedroom apartment is 725 square feet. The master bedroom is very large enough for a queen size bed, dresser, 2 night stands, TVcabinet and more. Shopping is so close by that it is within walking destance. Restaurants, Home Depot etc, Oh and including physicans and hospital. Church next door and the area is very quiet.
Quiet, peacefull, brand new laundry facility, 2 swimming pools! Pet friendly, ample parking spots. Manager on site 7 days a week. Dog walking areas. Quick, efficient maintainence requests. Very clean complex in side and out. Close to major shopping markets. Family friendly. Brand new appliances. New carpeting, Spactious, private patios. Choice of tiles and or carpeting.
I recall when my wife and I searched for our first apartment Colonial Village came into view and we were excited. The price was excellent which matched our budget plus the staff was second to none in customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way. The surroundings were clean and well manicured for a cozy family atmosphere. The pool as well as all other areas are well maintained. Overall we have been satisfied for the last 2 years in our upgraded unit and share space with some of the most wonderful residents. Paul A, Davie, FL
These apartments are off a main road but set back far enough that you think you are in the country! The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are spacious inside.
