Excellent maintenance staff. Calls for repairs answered within 24 hrs. Improvements allowed. Private backyard. All appliances included and maintained

There's no place like home!

Colonial Square Cooperative has 1 and 2 bedroom flats as well as 2,3 & 4 bedroom townhouses. With basketball courts, play grounds, and security you will find plenty to do and feel part of a community. The rent cannot be beat and gas, water, and appliances are all inclusive (including washer and dryer!) Many residents have been here for years and have grown up to be residents themselves. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to live.
