Kiera the rental representative was excellent from the beginning of rental process to end. I had trouble initially applying online and she led me every set of the way until everything was done. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and attentive manner. She was also very helpful when issues came up in apartment, she responded via email as soon as able, and problems where generally taken care of. The management staff are very responsive and are proactive in keeping the property in great shape. Feels more like a condo than a typical apartment setting, and the privacy and green space are beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property!

1) Infested with roaches and snakes even 2) Refuse to repair trash compactor 3) Sounds fire alarms at odd hours without warning 4) Forget they are given checks and cash them without counting them towards rent. 5) Air Conditioner leaks into ground floor apartments and they refuse to fix.

This complex is exceptional. We have been here for over 4 years, and can not say enough about the fabulous staff. Both the maintenance and the office staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping and pool areas are also top notch, and always clean and beautiful. Convenient to businesses, restaurants and grocery stores, you cannot find a better place to call home!
The location is great - and for the most part it has been a pleasurable experience.
Overall pretty nice. I've had some issues with my AC unit and eventually got a new unit after calling corporate. Trash compactor issues MUST be resolved ASAP. Too many units for just one trash compactor per phase. Management very attentive.
Quiet, thoughtful, helpful, always willing to go above and beyond.

My wife and I are very happy here. The property is maintained by a great staff who are efficient, well trained and courteous. The Office is operated by people who are courteous, knowledgeable and see that problems are addressed as quickly as possible.
Very peaceful and the staff are very customer focused
It?s very pleasant and quiet in my location of property. Only issues are trash cans and dumpster area, pooldeck area should be blown everyday including couches- lounges should be bleached at least once every three months, mildew on plastic straps.
I find the Colonial Grande Apartments to be well maintained. Walkways are well lit at night. I own a dog and find the dog waste disposal extremely helpful. The apartment attractions such as pool area are beautifully landscaped. The apartments are very centrally located near supermarkets and restaurants. My apartment is very well insulated as I hear little noise and my inside temperatures do not vary a lot.
We enjoy living at Colonial Grand at Lake Mary. We like being centrally located for great shopping and dining. The area seems quite for the most part and the location seems safe. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond and repair anything as needed.
I love the property and the staff, I am on my second lease here and I must say that Fred is awesome and prompt, The leasing staff is awesome as well, definitely recommend leasing here

Great time and beautiful complex. Surrounded by nice stores and nice people.
This place is very deceiving. It is a very beautiful and resort like feel to it, but some of the tenants they allow here are very questionable. The parking is absolutely awful if you live near the pool area and not to mention the disrespectful tenants that allow their children and themselves to have load parties during the week when people have to go to work the next morning. The TV was always out at the pool and the gym was hardly ever accessible due to the access machine to allow you in was always down. The way they handled trash here was horrible. Only one trash area for the whole complex and it was always nasty and smelly in the area. The places to take your dog to potty had no bags several times to pick up after your pup nor did they change out the bin where you throw it away in. Many tenants were extremely lazy and just left it there dogs mess there. The maintenance was exceptional and took care of any problem you had in a timely manner. The staff were tacky and down right rude to the effect as if you had no right to ask for assistance or to have something resolved. For the amount you pay to live here it defiantly needs an overhaul in many areas and management to name one of them.

i love all the amenities, my apartment is great and so is the area. for the price you'd think you would get a little more like free weights in the gym or remotes to the tv's around the complexes and dumpsters closer to each complex or even valet trash service. over all i love my apartment. Colonial grand is a great place to live.
The community is wonderful, the people work there is very nice. They try to do the best for you. I moving the there in couples weeks
Beautiful place with a well kept gym and pool. Maintenance almost always fixes problems by the next day. The only downside is that the walls are thin and if you have noisy neighbors it may be a problem.
