Property Ratings at MAA Heathrow
I was fortunate to call MAA Heathrow home for 5 years and I absolutely loved it. My 1/1 was bigger than any other 1 bedroom apartment (910 sq. ft.) I've seen anywhere, I had 6 closets, the neighborhood was highly family oriented. Great neighbors, even better staff. You will get what you pay for; with peace of mind and safety, MAA Heathrow is worth every penny.

Living at Colonial Grand has been great. It's very peaceful here and very well managed.
It is a fairly quiet, well maintained, family oriented community.
Extremely pleased with my apt. The set up is like a condo verses other complexes. Pet Friendly! The Staff , Pam, Michelle and Tony are just the Best! They are personable and get out your work orders ASAP! The grounds are immaculate, pool area clean! Maintenance crew are very respectful and curtious. Very safe community and quite. My only complaint is all the trees. I'm forever picking up branches and cleaning my walk way. Of course the concern also they are large branches which hit your car. Wish something can be put along the dirt on my walk way so all the leaves and dirt don't fall onto the ground constantly. But, must say living here has been wonderful. A true feeling like Home! Hats off to the entire staff for making me feel so safe and welcomed. Just renewed my lease for the second time. Hope to be here for awhile. Thank you Colonial Grand at Heathrow!
Management team is very responsive as well as the Service team. One complaint I have is that the toilet doesn?t flush as it should. I have to use a plunger a few times a week.
Perhaps the most attractive community living property in the central Florida area. The grounds are always well-kept and comfortable units that were built when storage space mattered. The management is alway kind and amenable to issues when they arise and maintenance is top-notch.
Its almost been a year since I moved in and I absolutely love living there. Its close to I4, everything I need is close by. Its a family oriented community. Whenever I put in a service call, I have yet to wait 24 hours for the problem to be addressed. I love the office team. I cannot complain at all.
I've been living at the Colonial Grand at Heathrow for two years with my wife. So far, we have not experienced any issues. When problems occur, the property management team handles them quickly and efficiently. The only complaint we have is the price, which is on the upper limit for the area, and the rate at which the rent goes up each year.
Lived here almost 10 years. Find Management responsiveness to maintenance issues to be exceptional. Work is always done right the first time and response time is always fast. Whenever I have questions the office folks are always accommodating and will give you the answer.

I have really enjoyed living at Colonial Grand at Heathrow since 2017. The property is kept beautiful year-round and the grass and flowers are well-maintained. Community areas are always clean and kept modern with new decorations and designs. Many of my neighbors are young professionals or young families with children. It's quite safe and I never have to worry if I accidentally left my door unlocked as I hurried out to work (it happens...)! The apartments are well insulated (my power bill is less than $90 on average) and I rarely ever hear my neighbors.
Colonial Grand at Heathrow has been a comfortable, safe, and worry-free community. From its beautiful landscaping to the magnificant pool I have enjoyed my time here. All management staff and maintenance staff has been incredibly friendly and respectful. I couldnt ask for a better place to live.
I'm on my second year lease and have enjoyed living here. The community is quiet, apartment is large for the area, and the front office is quick to respond to requests.
Common area around apartment homes is very good, Kids get a lot of room to play, bicycle around. There are many trees around which provides a resort-like experience. However, monthly rent is too high, it keeps increasing a lot during renewals. Leasing office staff don't have much control to provide discounts or reduce rent hike

I love this community! The office staffs here are very professional, friendly and courteous. Always greeted warmly and helped me with whatever issue I had. Both maintenance and office staffs work very hard to solve any issues promptly. So far this is the best place for me and my family to live!

Area is beautiful. Management and maintenance are sometimes difficult to get things fixed properly. Rent increases each year seem ridiculous. Other than that mostly happy with the complex..
It's a very nice place. My only issue is the side of the pool needs to be cleaned and car wash hose needs to be replaced.

Living at Colonial Grand is very peaceful and the staff is very attentive. The property always looks good and maintained exceptionally well.
Apartments are old but some of them are remodeled and they are good. The service requests are taken care very promptly. Five stars to them ! I had only frequent issue with toilet clogging. This may be because it?s old. I don?t have any roaches in my apartments. Overall it?s satisfactory experience for us. And yeah good school too. The crowd is mostly Indians with mix of Americans.

I moved here last week from Minnesota. This community is awesome. The clubhouse and pool is superb. I love spending time there. The management is very helpful and understanding. They prepared the unit on the day I arrived, as I requested,which was supposed to be done after couple of days. I booked this apartment from Minnesota and managment provided all information properly and answered my all questions including wried ones....:)Unit is clean and proper tharsh disposal. I am really happy and satisfied.
